One of them already spoke out in a public letter: A few others spoke at the RNC in support of Trump. And it's a silly question to ask why they are not invited just because you perceive some sort of equivalence in their situation to those of a speaker that was. Things don't work this way. Political conventions are TV programs designed to support the candidate of one party vs. the other. A competently run political convention would be organized in a way that best serves that purpose. Speakers invited by either party are selected with this in mind unless the person in charge is incompetent (see Cruz, Ted).
Have you seen or read any of the Dick Morris rebuttals about her career trajectory? I know you will discount it out of hand because it is Dick Morris but he really seems legitimately to poke holes in her narrative. I've listened to the audio of her interview that has been the basis of the unflattering ads about her feelings about the child rapist that she helped to acquit. When he passed the polygraph her response was to stop believing in the reliability and accuracy of polygraphs. She laughs about all the blunders and foibles that led to this child rapist getting off with just a few months served in county jail. She chuckles about it!
