Hillary campaign are such hypocrites when it comes to Russia. Trump didn't sign off on an agreement that allowed Russia to have 20% control of the Uranium mined inside the United States.

But Hillary did as Secretary of State. (oh...and Bill got a HUUUUGE speaking fee from a Russian bank tied into the Kremlin....no conflict there!)

With Trump, you have stupid statements...but at least he's out in the open with it. He's a damn lousy politician....but apparently up front and honest. I mean if he's willing to say things like this, its hard to say he's "hiding things".

Hillary? Not so much. She doesn't suggest things that endanger national security. She DOES things that endanger national security --while getting filthy rich.

Exactly. Is that an apology for correcting me when I pointed out that he did not ask them to hack the server?

Trump is not honest. He does speak his mind, but he's a huge liar.

Trump has shown that he can't keep his mouth shut. And the things he says would definitely endanger us and our allies.

That's the same as inviting them. If someone says, "I hope you come to my party" They didn't use the word "invite", but you're still invited.

You think no other hacker cracked that airtight server? Or that no one has shared it.

Would you be happy if someone brokered a deal to have redacted info made public?

By saying he "hoped", he's saying it's an okay thing to do. If you want to rationalize it for some need you have, then that's fine.

Wow, you really surprised me with "My guess is [Massive International Conspiracy Theory]!"

I'll give you credit for conning me into thinking forva few hours you maybe were exercising a partial shred of sincerity

    My bad.

Because, I'm not. The rest of the world understand is. It's why it's in the headlines as trump basically inviting the Russians to hack us.

Again if I said, "I had hoped that if you were in the neighborhood last week, you would have stopped by." I'm saying it's okay for you to stop by the next time you're in the neighborhood. I'm inviting it.

We all know it was stupid to say. Trump himself has walked it back already...but when it comes to the 30,000 emails themselves, the Clinton campaign has no legs to stand on.

Wasn't the 30,000 emails supposed to be personal stuff like wedding invites and baby pictures?

If they already have them, (which lets face it...they probably do) then what harm to our country could be done by their release? Especially if they are simply personal emails? UNLESS....they aren't personal emails.

I dont like either candidate and it stinks I have to select one...but Im more likely to vote along party lines. Trump has NO filter...Think that is well agreed upon. That being said when comparing the two candidates, Hillary dishonesty is what has destroyed her public perception...not Trump...

Right. The Democrats, until tonight, haven't made an issue with Trump's dishonesty. The GOP has made an issue of Hillary's dishonesty for more than 20 years.

Hillary is dishonest. She lied about her emails and server among other things.

But just since being a candidate in the primary, Trump has lied about not settling lawsuits, Muslims celebrating in Jersey on 9/11, him self funding his primary campaign, donations to veteran's groups, the numbers in polls he talks about...

Those are just the ones off the top of my head in such a very short time. There are other ones that are probably lies but we don't know for sure, such as how much money he has and has made, etc.

We know before he ran, he lied about the investigators he supposedly sent to Hawaii and all the stuff they were finding out about Obama not being born there.

But in just the short amount of time he's been a candidate, he's lied much more than Hillary has. The lies he's told in that time may not equal the lies Hillary has told in her 30 + years of service. I have no idea. But if we want to talk about lies per week or per month since the primaries have started, Trump is way ahead.

You're technically correct but I don't think that reduces the severity of his statement.

For a moment just try to step out of your own POV and consider if a Dem had asked the Russians to release hacked emails about a Republican.

I doubt you would be defending it the way you have.
