Tim Kaine is giving the speech that you would expect from an indie comedy film where the nerd finally gets his moment. Lol. EDIT - And he's doing a damn nice job. It's hilarious. "Believe me!"
This dude is obliterating Donald Trump in his own game and resembling his style with the voice imitations and all the movements. Loving it.
Exactly. That's why I love the guy. All of a sudden, I'm a huge Kaine fan. He is totally sincere, and it's amazing that after so long in politics, he can still be so unaffected. I'm amazed and impressed. He also made some great points about Trump's trust problem. Technically his speech had its flaws. He kept using, the "Do want to know about..." line to introduce things over and over. The follow up almost never really lived up to the intro. But it helped show him as a sincere, goofy/nerdy guy in the best possible sense. He also despite being Mr. Rogers-nice, did a great job of exposing Donald Trump, his lack of specifics, and his lack of trustworthiness.
Barack Obama and Bill Clinton are showing again that they are our two greatest living orators. It is going to be very hard for Hillary Clinton to match them tomorrow.
