I think Feldman is a better starter replacement option than Devenski should Fiers or somebody else come up lame.
The Astros should factor that into the "overpay" part of the trade. Joe Musgrove and Brady Rodgers as well as Devenski could pick up the slack, if there are injuries to the starting rotation.

Noticed Osvaldo Duarte has played CF, SS, and 2B since moving up to Lancaster. Interested to see reports on him.
Here is a report on Garrett Stubbs and Ramon Laureano from Bobby Demuro of Today's Knuckleball. He will also be watching Lancaster's series with Bakersfield this week. Demuro is based in LA, so he's seen plenty of the Cal League. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Video+report on <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Astros?src=hash">#Astros</a> prospects Laureano & Stubbs just moved to Double-A: <a href="https://t.co/wI51noebt9">https://t.co/wI51noebt9</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/AstrosFuture">@AstrosFuture</a> <a href="https://t.co/iKTUgNclr4">pic.twitter.com/iKTUgNclr4</a></p>— Bobby DeMuro (@BobbyDeMuro) <a href="https://twitter.com/BobbyDeMuro/status/758408409041375233">July 27, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
@ahverdejo: #Astros first-round pick Forrest Whitley made his 2nd appearance in the GCL on Tuesday, tossing two shutout innings and striking out two.
He won't pitch many innings for the Stros this year, he's pitched a ton of them already. Nice to see Wrenn called up.
The GCL Astros may have had one of the worst box scores I've ever seen. They lost 11-0, and only scratched out one hit with one walk, while striking out 12 times. They also managed to commit 8 errors by 8 different fielders... only the right fielder avoided a miscue.
