I'm guessing he's referring to T. Ross as that sharp shooter.

What's weird is everyone seems to post that we're gonna get better next year.

And yet many posters love this article that says we'll have the exact same record.

How to reconcile? Is it because they secretly believe we'll be worse and this article is actually optimistic?

I really thought this thread would have blown up by now. We are like children in the desert dying of thirst and Codman drops us a waterbomb right in the middle of it. And everyone continues to ZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

About time you show up, Cod. Hope you and yours are well.

I shall read and reread your post when I get home, where I keep my Zodiac cypher to interpret your meanings.

I have us at 45 wins and a 5-6 seed, but I'm happy if that's an underestimate. I'm excited.

Gotcha! Waiting for those pearls of Wisdom like Rockets are going hard after Westbrook and KD next summer. That in itself should generate 70 pages worth of dialogue. Can you imagine if he gets one right? The GARM may shut down!! LOL

For reference, remember when we missed out on Bosh and lost Parsons to the Mavs?
    http://espn.go.com/nba/powerrankings/_/year/2015/week/0

ESPN had us ranked 12 overall, 8th in the West before the season started. We finished 2nd in the West and went all the way to the WCF.

    Hopefully this is good luck.

Isn't the reference to the FOE morons clearly talking about Embiid?

We're one James Harden injury away from being a lock for the lottery. 8 or 9 seems a reasonable average of the plausible scenarios.

That sounds frightening. Why not apply that same logic to OKC though? If Westbrook goes down they're nothing.

Not to nitpick, but to nitpick they said Ryan avg 15, but it was 17 off the bench and Gordon avg 2.5 3s made per game, but they said 2. I have nitpicked our way into 42-40!

Why are the Blazers ranked so high? I think they overachieved last year. No way they get HCA over the Thunder and the Rockets.

To be fair, Codman buried this information in a thread people probably won't go passed the first post before exiting the tab.

Synonym for happy is Gay. Replacing "Gay" in that sentence you have,,,,"Gay is lukewarm"

like a teammate ... ones of Gay's PG teammates, maybe even in a 3-team trade involving Gay. Rondo or Collison?

firesales would point to the Kings...especially being involved in multi-team involving trade of a disgruntled Gay. Some other team gets Gay, and we help it happen ... and we get a PG.

Someone decode Codman's post for me. I've been spending time looking over Hawks/Pels/6'ers rosters and only Embiid, Milsap, Korver stand out as players potentially hinted.

    Help anyone?

Rondo is now with the Bulls.

Does Rudy Gay fit in Atlanta if they can get let go of both Korver and Sefalosha to give playing time for the rookies [Taurean Prince, DeAndre' Bembry]?

I believe the Amber Rose loving sharpshooter is Terrance Ross from TOR (I believe they are currently dating).

My guess is Nick Young. "No Mediocre" features Iggy Azalea, and he also says the guy is a shoe addict. Nick is the one who recently built a second home for his shoes.
