I think people hyped themselves up for the game too much. It counts for one game. Bregman is only one guy and he'll have many 0'fer nights like he did tonight. If anything good comes out of this game is that DK continues to look more like his 2015 self.
I am still of the belief that baseball should shorten the season or expand the playoff field. I would have been pissed if the Astros lost the one game elimination game last year. And in years past before the 1 game play in, they decided a tie breaker with 1 game. 1 game to decide your fate your fate after 162 games is bullcrap in my opinion.

Man those blown calls to Altuve really hurt. I know things would have been different but he should have been on first, then there's the passed ball by Correa to move him to 2nd then Valbuena singles. I don't think I've ever seen him that mad before at an ump. Really impressed with Bregman's fielding. He had some very slick plays tonight. The bat will come around and I expect a nice bounce back from the offense tomorrow night.
Hinch is loyal to the point of stupidity. Gomez is trash. How do we put the fate of the game in the hands of a .209 hitter? Why couldn't that at bat be just another strikeout for that bum? No he had to gidp. He is not in a slump. He is killing us. Gomez and Rasmus kill us. They are a big black hole in the lineup. Hinch loves to bat them 5th and 6th. WHY??? The cuban player better replace one of them and Bregman the other. If not we cant overcome those two clowns in the lineup.

First time we lose ground in about a month and the world is ending. It's hilarious. This is not 'Nam, buddy, this is the bbs. There are rules. Those calls, especially the high FB for ball 2, were egregiously bad. DeMuth will realize it when he watches the video.
