    He went through a 2-3 week period of not being as hateable after busting out the rec specs, but other than that he's been a bum this entire season

    Colby needs to be the everyday cfer. I'd rather him hack his way out of his slump then watch gomez make himself look like a fool and Luhnow for that trade. He needs to be gone by deadline. I'd take a low level prospect happily.

    Waive Gomez. It's time. He's been ****ty for us for over a year. It's not a slump, it's just who he is now.

    With Rasmus playing like crap too and probably permanently regressing as a player, we cannot have both guys weighing down our lineup. You can sit em but for how long? Rasmus at the least has last year's playoffs as more recent evidence of being effective.

    Waive Gomez. Marisnick is better, at offense and defense right now.

    The offense overall tonight was bad. Gomez sucks so bad at the plate that he needs to be a gold glove caliber OF to justify continuing playing which he is not. Gomez has cost the team on both sides of the ball several times this year. **** him.
