The rules governing the DNC. Those rules state that the DNC will remain impartial during the primary. This has nothing to do with being a sore loser or not. Sanders wouldn't have won even had they remained impartial. That doesn't excuse officers of the DNC taking sides during the primary. There is no evidence to suggest Hillary did anything that violated the rules. You are wrong that it wasn't really close. It actually was fairly close. Here's a reference to the reals. That is specific rule of the DNC that was violated. Whether or not it changed the outcome doesn't negate the fact that the DNC violated that bylaw.
Props for posting the rule. What is the grounds for violating the rule, thinking in favor of one, privately speaking in favor of one, or publicly acting in favor of one?
I would say being an officer and using DNC email to advocate strategies in favor of one candidate and against another would demonstrate breaking the rule. I think if they favored Hillary in private conversations or even in their own private emails, it would have been fine, had they not advocated taking any action. For example saying, "I like Hillary, I hope Sanders loses." would be fine. However saying, "I think we can help Hillary by putting out a story to the media about Bernie's religion because it will help with demographic x." would be crossing the line, because it is a representative of the DNC actually taking advocating specific actions to help one candidate over another.
The only way to save Hillary is if she had made Sanders her VP pick. Trump will now be our next president. God help us all.

What do you mean without evidence? The fbi warned the dnc months ago that Russia hacked them. Today they said "beyond a reasonable doubt" that Russian hackers who are supported by the Putin regime did this.
