Both of them are starting today. You might feel that way... me, not so much. Solid minor leaguers, fringe MLB contributors at best.
That's my view as well. If we couldn't find the room to keep them in our system due to better options at the time, it is really immaterial what happens to them. There is always the chance they do well and that could hurt us if they do well for a team we play a lot and compete with directly. But I will take my chances that we couldn't keep them for good reason and they probably won't be the second coming.

When they promote guys in September, does that start their arb or FA clock in any way? Or are September promotions exempt from that?
It starts their clock, but it's short enough time that if they wanted they could easily say they need another month of "seasoning" next year, and leave them in AAA for a month to offset it.
Delino hurts a lot more because he's young and has some actual MLB talent. Duffy is AAAA roster filler/insurance.
What happend to the fat first basemen we signed a few yrs ago from Mexico? He was suppose to have great power but never heard anything else from him
Japhet "The Hutt" Amador. 6'4", 330. They were just trying to fill the upper level rosters, because their talent level was that bad, when they signed those 2 guys (OF Leo Heras was the other) out of Mexico. He led all of professional baseball on earth with 55 bombs in Mexico last year and last I can find is now in Japan. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/a4iBR3ug1vk" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Hector Perez was good all things considered. Stat line doesn't look good but it was one hit that brought all three runs in.
Danry Vásquez got plunked in the 2nd inning of Corpus Christi's game with Frisco and proceeded to charge the mound, sparking a brawl. He and Ramon Laureano ended up getting tossed.

Random Question. Is it looking like the Round Rock Express stay with the Rangers until their contract ends in 2018? Really looking for them coming back to the Astros system.

LOL weak
I was at the Hooks game last night and he threw me a ball, haha. Most athletic catcher that I've seen in a very long time. He makes tons of contact and had the game winner. He's our future Astros Catcher
