'course, I am sure you have verifiable stats on election fraud since in Wisconsin they found only seven cases among three million votes cast and in Iowa they found zero (after a two year investigation).

There is virtually no voter fraud. But the perception is there is widespread voter fraud, especially from the Right.

This was for Wisconsin. Ever since, there is more data that indicate the same.

That type of voter fraud, even if existent, would be so inefficient. It'd be more cost effective to just buy votes.

I think so. In person voter fraud is so ineffective to be of any scale. Absentee ballot would make a lot more sense. But even there isn't much of any evidence of fraud through absentee ballot.

Texas is a long way from being Blue, and it's not a given that the Hispanic voters will vote Blue. Actually the more generations removed they are, my guess is the more likely they are to vote Red.
