Kind of the same thing here- DD was his 'breakout' role, but his turns in Point Break and Road House were awesome. I went with RH, because I'm a dude.
No respect for Next of Kin? Shame. Patrick Swayze as Truman Gates Liam Neeson as Briar Gates Adam Baldwin as Joey Rosselini Helen Hunt as Jessie Gates Bill Paxton as Gerald Gates Ben Stiller as Lawrence Isabella Now that's a cast.
even worse, no To Wong FU, Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar?! I voted Road House but the answer is Dirty Dancing. And i've had that song stuck in my head since I saw this thread yesterday
I would think his best work was in Outsiders and Point Break, as he had a little grit and it was believable. I can't say that any of the mainstream movies totally sucked, and he was able to carry them, he wasn't a torpedo, but they weren't very good either. They were watchable, and many of them rewatchable. Think I could watch red dawn, Outsiders, Ghost, and point break today with no qualms.
