    Kind of the same thing here- DD was his 'breakout' role, but his turns in Point Break and Road House were awesome. I went with RH, because I'm a dude.

    I voted Road House but the answer is Dirty Dancing. And i've had that song stuck in my head since I saw this thread yesterday

    I would think his best work was in Outsiders and Point Break, as he had a little grit and it was believable. I can't say that any of the mainstream movies totally sucked, and he was able to carry them, he wasn't a torpedo, but they weren't very good either. They were watchable, and many of them rewatchable. Think I could watch red dawn, Outsiders, Ghost, and point break today with no qualms.
