    Yes! Everyone is too distracted by his perceived character issues and the 2 poor seasons he had before landing in Memphis. BR may not be quite as explosive as Bazemore but he's much more skilled and savvy passer, scorer, rebounder and defender.

    Would love Jimmer, but Wroten can be the "knife fighter" that JVG always talks about. And Wroten is not as divisive as Lance Stephenson, the modern day Artest.

    Must be killing Morey to have rights to one of the best euro pgs in his prime that would be a great fit next to Harden and MDAs system in Llull
    But not be able to bring him over

    Stephenson is certainly an interesting thought. He did ok when going to Memphis but I don't think that with Howard now gone they want to take any chance bringing in anything toxic that could mess with any of Hardens good vibes lately. They want folks who will follow Harden.

    Warning Scorching hot take from 790;

    Hey since they have GP II, they should bring in the original Gary Payton, I mean since they just signed Pablo Prigioni who's old too.

    Signed Brad in Spring Branch/Down Town.

    Idiot.

    I believe Lance has been suitably humbled since his Exodus from the Pacers. He went from a young potential superstar on a finals team to a back up on a playoff team. He's handled it really well the last year or so, becoming a team player and giving max effort on and off the court. No one has heard a peep from him, he's certainly not slapping any college kids around.

    His skill set is perfect for MDA system, and he also provides an edge/intimidation factor and defensive intensity that is currently missing on this team. And has been missing since Artest.

    Best of all, he is still 25. And should be ripe for another break through season, on the right team in the right system. Plus would be a great value signing because everyone is scared off by his rep. Rockets can buy low, sell high (if necessary).

    Morey is at his best when he finds guys like Lowery or Dragic before they figure out the NBA. Stephenson, with his versatility and physicality, can be reborn (better yet, re-branded) with the Rockets.

    By settling on Prig tells you Morey don't think backup pg is a vital position...he must planning on continuing have harden split time with Bev running the offense.
