next Khuminist fairy tail you hear, remmber..it's this: Schizophrenia is a chronic and severe mental disorder that affects how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. People with schizophrenia may seem like they have lost touch with reality. Although schizophrenia is not as common as other mental disorders, the symptoms can be very disabling.
1) Read the forum description - it's mandatory . We are told to fling poo... 2) Shining a light on the background of a poster who tries to talk to people from a moral high horse with his anti-USA, Islamist propaganda, but worked for a dictatorship, wishes for an old man to live in fear for the rest of his life over a cartoon and blames rape victims is not a personal attack, it's a reference to the background of the poster that helps people to "look through the veil" P.S.: Seeing Mathloom and Exiled fight with each other is funny and sad at the same time.
not to forget both Iran/Egypt celebrated coup success a bit earily ,kinda of funky to see their newspaper front page with headline: the dictator of Turkey removed
This is complete bull****. You seem to think if you say it, then it must be so. 10 years ago you were not as likely to be a victim of beheading in Germany as Turkey. That is absurd. Also "honor killings" in the region have also been a problem in Turkey for over a decade. Because the EU has an interest does not equate to Turkey being as safe as Germany a decade ago. Was the soldier armed when confronted? If the answer is yes, then the people had access to a gun when they took it from him. Further, it is estimated that 9,000,000 civilian citizens in Turkey own firearms, or between 10-12%. So to say that no one in the mob had a firearm is highly unlikely. That doesn't include guns from loyal military sources. Erdogan is scum. He has consistently attacked secularism and has supported ISIS. Further, who said anything about him being a Wahhabist? I sure didn't. Your ignorance is jaw dropping.... You have a pattern of just saying something and some how that makes it factual. Your last gem that GW Bush would have simply seized total power in Turkey if he was Prime Minister of Turkey as an inferred defense of Erdogan is utterly absurd, but typical of your positions.
Turkey has no democracy, so secularism would've been at least a step in the right direction and maybe a small sign of hope for all those who want to live in a modern society and a 21st century country. There is no hope left now. In my ignorance I may not be aware of what is going on around you, but it doesn't take a lot to foresee what will happen in Turkey the next few days and weeks and that's not going to improve your situation at all. In a few years or even earlier, when we look back at the current events, we will reconsider if it wouldn't have been better if the military took over. On the other hand, I'm as well pretty sure the whole thing was staged.
Yes it was. Also, what "Region" are you talking about with honor killings? Europe or Central Asia? Turkey is not in the Middle East. This is you again bunching all things Muslim together. He shot at people earlier. Whether he still had his gun or bullets is irrelevant. This is a mob of citizens attacking a soldier gone rogue with a weapons. Also, it's not 9m people with guns. It's 9m guns. You probably caught a poorly translated article in your google search two minutes ago. To put this in perspective, there are 320 million guns in America and you're still likely to have a street full of people without guns. You sure did. You're conflating a political wahhabist action with erdogan's supporters. Again just stuffing things into your simplistic analysis. I defended Erdogan for 6 months when Turkey first heard of him. I've never defended Erdogan for anything since, and I've said so repeatedly. Now you're stuffing me into your MUSLIM MUSLIM MUSLIM rant. You don't know anything about this stuff Nook, seriously. You are out of your depth. If I want to hear these views, I'll just open today's edition of european neo nazi publications. You are stating their exact official position.
not exactly ....Nazi & Iranians both believe in White supremacy ...the difference one race is actually white and the other thinks they are Whites ..go figure . .
I suppose it's a good thing that we have at least 2 Islamic extremists adding their (ridiculous) opinions to the board for balance. Diversity and all that.
If we can leave the name calling out and just talk from differing points of view then yes. I for one have no idea about having a religious community based world view and I have never been discriminated against. But I did see how blacks were thought of in East Texas from the late 50's through the mid 70's; it must be horrific to your sense of self to be considered somehow a lesser human being. I assume Muslims see their religion as a civilized community of like minded people seeking peace and order against the chaos of human animalistic desires much the same as Christians. I assume Erdogan is attempting to keep Turkey from becoming fractured violent chaos like Iraq and Syria, in good faith from his point of view. Remember Freedom is chaos, and it's always a trade off. Opinions just vary on where to draw the line.
you became sadly a mini Bobby The bla bla.. ,this why I asked you to do your self a favour. Instead of throwing an insult , i would say: thank you. * This is a class act display, I hope you learned something.
I'm not saying I support anything he has apparently done, just that the task of leading Turkey in 2016 is thankless any way you go. Again: NATO, A semi-autonomous Army, Russians, Kurds, Syrians, ISIS, Armenians and several varying Islamic sects I can't even keep separated by alliance or intent.
So from what I'm gathering the following is a "worst case scenario". And not at all far fetched... -Turkey, could potentially leave NATO with one of the largest army's in Europe. -He's already shut down airspace over our largest Airbase there at Incirlik. -He's already got "investigators" searching this airbase...where we house Nuclear weapons. -We already know he is an "Islamist" centered president who seems intent on seizing total power. -What if he seizes the airbase and the Nukes?
Well the airbase is a joint base with Turkey, but I'm assuming you mean that they'd use violence against US troops/airmen there? If he "invaded" the US stations there and tried to arrest US soldiers and seize US property, he'd have a real problem.
You would think. But given Obama's indecisiveness in the past vis a vis his "red line" in Syria, Putins takeover of the Crimea....I dunno. Is this guy Erdogan just crazy enough to try it?
When have Obama been "indecisive" when American troops were attacked? Even the recent Iranian situation where they detained US sailors, the Navy concluded that the US sailors actually were to blame for that. And they weren't shot. Obama isn't going to let Turkey kill American troops and steal Nukes. Also, while I don't know the status of the nukes at the base, I'm willing to bet they aren't just sitting in the open for Turkey to seize. If they made a move I bet we have means to safeguard or destroy them.
