At least even the buffoon Hollande called this what it is, an Islamist attack. Obama can't even do that.

Sure you can bomb them and ensure that there's no a safe haven for them in the world, but it takes people with the stomach for that kind of thing, and Americans absolutely don't have that anymore.

Once upon a time the US could lose 26,000 in one month during one battle and never doubt that it was worth it but today if there's <7,000 casualties in 15 years the American people freak out.

Basically you can't be as soft as Americans are now and adequately fight the enemy.

More troops on the ground is clearly the answer.

Looks like the surge turned things around and then what happened in 2011 when we left Iraq? Yeah, terrorism quickly rose across the globe.

The majority of the death increases are in Nigeria, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan etc.. The rest of the world attacks have only gone up slightly.

I'm just sick and tired of all this. All the terrorist attacks. All the sniping and griping back and forth on the internet- especially social media. I've always felt that you have to know what's going on in the world and keep up-to-date with as much as you can.

But I think it's time to bury my head in the proverbial sand, get the hell off the internet (except for checking the bank statement- some things, you have to do), and just be done with all this for a while. It's probably terrible advice, but this is what happens when you get fed up with everything. We should all take a 1-week break from ClutchFans, at least, and stop all the bickering. It's ugly and hateful and spirit-sapping to the core.

too late or a luxury that can't be attained to imagine a different situation when it's all been said and done , but no doubt in my mind a generation of children of war will be easily recruited to who ever willing to take on mission when nothing left to loose

    Watch it @your own risk

I agree it's not a weird, general threat against Muslims. Rather it's a serious, direct threat against a specific group of people. When you consider his posting history, you will see that he believes part of this group are prone to violence because of where they're from. He believes that BELIEVING in Islam makes you such. His definition of moderate is not reasonable. These are executions he's talking about, there is no trial for these people, there is no police custody. He wants to smoke out and HACK DOWN people who he considers potential terrorists. Also good to keep in mind: being an extremist racist Muslim/Jew/Christian with extremist VIEWS does not make you a terrorist. You become a terrorist when you commit to violence for the purpose of terrorizing people.

I am certain when terrorists systematically target moderate Muslims, they are doing it with the belief that those moderate Muslims are extremists or potential terrorists. This is his only metric, as is the case with such people. My cousin who prays regularly and goes to mecca for pilgrimmage every year - to that moron poster, my cousin is an extremist based only on these facts and so my cousin would be in danger.

As for the moderates among which the "terrorists" hide, again the poster has said in the past that those people are accomplices and are keeping secrets from the authorities.

Even Hitler co-operated with Jews, Blacks, Gays who helped him "smoke" the "bad ones" out. Today Islamophobes name their favorite "Muslims" and those Muslims tend to be people who never call themselves Muslim and barely practice Islam. What does that indicate? The best Muslim is a non-existant one to them. That is a dangerous mindset when it's an unstable individual.

This is a serious threat. It's a good thing someone quoted his hate speech and also good that fchowd drew attention to it. Look at how many people have jumped out to defend him. This isn't your typical racist circle jerk. These are people patting each other on the back for saying the Muslims they don't like will only cease being a potential threat if they are mass murdered without trial.

Not acceptable. I hope others reported it as well. Who knows what kind of violent circles this guy might be a part of after comments like that. If a Muslim said something like that humorously about Christians or Jews or Atheists or Gays, them and their family and friends would be under investigation.

It looks like most everything was subdued until the invasion of Iraq for "basketball reasons" and everything has gone to hell since then.
