It's rumored that we may very well have made Rhoades the highest paid AD in the nation. You hear that Brinks truck backing up on Herman's driveway?

Tbh, this is a great feeling to know that we got the guy that knows how to hire a great head coach. This isn't about Herman but of course the speculation is only going to get noisier.

Baylor is much more likely to get Tony Levine than Tom Herman.

Herman wouldn't waste his future on Baylor. In Texas, it's UH or UT for Herman.

Herman must be the number one guy on every schools list. '

If he didnt take the SC job i doubt he'd take Baylor. He isnt making peanuts at UH so he has the luxury to wait till the job he wants is open.

    We'll see.

Apples to oranges. He was working under a low budget when he hired Levine. Blank check at Baylor. I'll say it again. Kendall Briles is who we want. We already have our Herman on campus.

Baylor had a fun little run, but they are back to being Baylor. No one is going to leave a better situation for that mess.

Another Bobby hot take. Sticky this ****.

Baylor is still going to compete for the big 12 this season and there's enough young talent to stay above water. The facilities alone guarantee that we don't ever go back into the basement.

    lol no

tcu, Oklahoma st, and OU will definitely be better. texas might be even better. after that you will definitely suck.

and who cares about facilities? you still have to recruit. no big time recruit is coming to Baylor's situation. keep dreaming

Even if you guys compete for one more season, your recruiting is dead. The program is headed back to being the joke it always was in the past. I really hope you enjoyed the run.

There are enough young players to stay competitive. I'm not going to list them. Guys that are freshmans and sophomores. Don't pretend to be some recruiting buff. Of course, recruiting is dead at the moment. No ****, Sherlock. No recruit will commit when we don't have a long-term coaching staff in place. That will change soon enough and there is plenty of opportunities for guys to come in and get immediate run. How about taking a wait and see approach before making baseless predictions? Baylor is in a different place because the facilities are great and in place.

Again, the numbers aren't out yet but Rhoades could be one of the highest paid AD's in the country. Money talks and we will get our guy whether it's KB, Herman, or another great choice.

I'll stop engaging with you here because this isn't the thread for it. It does comfort me that if bobby says so, it's usually the exact opposite. You're constantly wrong about everything.

You really know a lot about CFB. Clearly.

Stidham did that because he hasn't made a decision on where he wants to transfer. He will transfer and enroll at the school he picks in the fall or spring. He doesn't need a lot of credits to "graduate" from a 2 year school because of his Baylor credits and will of course transfer back to a 4 year school.

Zach Smith is 6'4", 230 pounds (came in Jan at 210 LBS). Has a bigger arm than Stidham actually and has a NFL ready body already at 18 years old. Super saw. We make beasts out of athletes. Coach Kaz is one of the best in the business. Smith will be fine and is locked in as a 3 year starter. You'll see tons of him when we're blowing out teams soon enough.

Herman had to call out fans when UH is winning. Just make sure you guys go to games. Worry about your own.

Everyone knows this, I guess we should let them pretend that it's not over for the last little bit until reality b**** slaps them and they can no longer deny it.
