was waiting for someone to bump this ive loved every episode so far. best season by far imo. so much action! every thing seems to move along at a quicker pace and its refreshing for it not to always be dark and rainy; the western setting is great, too bad they'll probably be heading back soon
The makeup on the wolf may be bad, but everything else is so beautifully put together. It reminds me of Hannibal, regarding the detail to each scene.
That's why the werewolf makeup is so mind boggling. Ethan has only been a wolf 2-3 times in 3 seasons and they make him look like a sesame street character. Some legitimate scary stuff going on and Ethan walks in looking like cookie monster. The makeup reminds me of the new beast in the x-men movies, just ridiculous. Everything else is great though.
Agreed, the last 2 seasons have been great. This season is in the running for the best of the series......
Ha, funny. I also watched Season 2, and thought, "Yeah, OK, nothing to write home about (at least that I can recall right now)." I decided to watch Season 3, and it's been surprisingly good. I'm not up to date on the episodes. I just finished the one where Vanessa was hypnotized during therapy. I just love the way the show is shot/filmed. And the intro...man, what a great intro in my opinion.
Was it canceled? Or was it just written to be finished at this season? Some shows set out to only tell a story in a few seasons, and i honestly prefer it that way instead of having a show just drag on forever with half assed story lines. Perfect way to end it. With closure. When i think of a show being canceled, i think of a show like Deadwood with no proper ending.
I read the showrunners decided to end the series in the middle of season 2. What a shame because we were just introduced to that bad ass red head a couple episodes ago. They didn't even tell anyone it was ending until the series finale. cold-blooded.
Anything with Eva Green is awesome because at some point she's gonna get nekkid. But that aside, the show is (was?) very good.
Most of her nekkid scenes involved some sort occult twist, so that took out some of the enjoyment for me.
