About to be released by Pelicans. He was Beverley before Beverley.

Better than Jerry Lin (to some) and availablebfor the vet min.

Joking aside, if the PG role is to play D and spot up for 3s, you can do little better than Toney Douglas for the vet min.

I'll be honest. I liked Douglas when we had him. He brought the energy. He's had some good years shooting the three, including last year when he shot just under 40% from long range.

He would be next to useless trying to direct an offense, but next to Harden he'll do ok.

C'mon, he started ahead of a guy getting $12m/yr and considered one of the best contracts, and has experience playing next to Harden.

And he'll come at vet min. Averaged around 14/4/4 when starting last season.

For the 3rd PG, could do worse, seriously

Torn achilles last year. He is rehabbing and apparently says he is healthy. Obviously will take all of training camp before he can really play but he would be a perfect option assuming teams are only offering him the minimum. I have a feeling someone will offer him more than that but will he get to showcase that he is healthy on other teams? If healthy, he would get plenty of playing time and would be a perfect complement to Harden. Health is the big question though.

He played for D'Antoni once already, he was the starting PG when Lin replaced him during Linsanity. I doubt TD is going to play for D'Antoni again.
