It boggles the mind that someone who I assume interacts with society daily and likely has a job (not a successful one though) can be this stupid. Seriously - it would be inappropriate to many for the White House to use lights they use for celebratory occasions or to celebrate cultural contributions over a national tragedy. If the White House did that, they would get attacked for trivializing a serious event. There are better ways to honor the deaths of these 5 police officers beyond a lighting display.
No not systemically, they can't be. Systematic is what matters. Everyone has the right to be racist if they want it only really matters if that racism infringes on someone's rights.

When a black person shoots and kills a white person (or anyone for that matter), who's the one with the power? You seem to be stating that racism has ONLY to do with power structures. That is false. It CAN have something to do with racism, but even that is short lived and certainly can be exposed...especially in today's society where everyone can live stream, photograph or film. And with an EXTREMELY sympathetic media who love covering stories like these for ratings...the "power structure = racism" narrative is a myth.
