I'd hate to give up more prospects. Lunow doesn't have a great record on mid-season trades.

It's just a single blown save from an All Star pitcher. The staff overall needs a few upgrades to go from solid overall to great, whether that's through the depth in the minors or trades is to be determined.

I'd like to see Feliz have another good outing soon but other than that, I think the bullpen is still an incredible strength. I know Harris has been living on the edge a bit and it finally bit him but I also think that's the nature of the job many times. His results have been fantastic.

Why would he purposely swing at ball 4?

Harris isn't allowed to have a bad inning?

Just finished watching the game on DVR... Just saw that nice comeback.

it's funny to come in to read the responses from the top of the 9th giving up those 5 all the way through to Valbuena's walk off...

    "no, no... YESSSSS!!!!"

    That's 1 demerit for quoting.

Don't respond. Go do planks, sit-ups or push-ups instead.

As bad as these game threads get, I think Rockets' summer league threads are worse.

Awesome ending for a near disastrous game. Man, that would've sucked to lose.

Harris" crap performance shot his ERA to 1.66.... if that would've happened last week, he wouldn't be an All-Star.. smh. The bullpen is still a strength, but nobody has shown great closing ability.

Hero Valbuana has been OPSing 1.000 + over a month.

Vally's winner was his 2nd career walk-off HR... and 8th career go-ahead HR (8th inning or later)

Love watching Gomez react to Valbuena's homer. The dude obviously loves baseball and he really enjoys winning.

So he's not the clubhouse cancer that would lead to certain doom for the team???

I swore there were a bunch of amateur chemists in here who would bet their last dollar on it being true.

I went to bed after the top of the 8th feeling good. I turned the game back on at 3am when I was feeding my daughter, and turned it off with one out in the bottom of the 9th. I've been pissed off all morning.:grin:
