Stay safe man. You too BigDog63. I'm beginning to think this isn't over in Dallas. It certainly wasn't just some angry nut. The planning was too intricate.
I work a few blocks from where all this happened, but had gone home about 2.5 hours before it started.
Of course not, and you know it was in response to the post I quoted. My response on the first page clearly stated that these murderers killing innocent cops need to be put down. You were justifying cops having a reason to shoot people and be paranoid even without just cause. What I find hypocritical is that the 2nd amendment you back so strongly was created for the protection of the common citizen from a police state or tyranny, where they can be killed and targeted without just cause. You're supporting opposing views inconsistent with the essence of what the frame workers of the constitution had in mind. Cops are the ones that should have guns, but that isn't mutually exclusive with the fact that cops should have better training as well.

I'm saying that cops have an inherent cause to be paranoid of civilians, I'm not supporting excessive use of force or inappropriate shootings. It makes a difference. If there was rampant tyranny then things would be different.

Stay safe man....I work in uptown. Didn't think there should be anything wrong there, but might just stay home....no need to go out if it's not necessary.
Ok, that's what I was thinking too. This attack does seem to have been coordinated. I'm sure the details will come out, and be spun, soon enough.
Shooting 11 police officers and killing 4 is terrorism in my book. It's just going to incite more violence and make things worse for the entire country. Incredibly sad.
This is definitely a terrorist act of some sort. I think it's irresponsible to connect them to any group until there's time for the facts to surface.
