Seems a bit early to jump to conclusions. We need all the facts before stating an opinion. Right? Chiron reporting probable AR-15 used against officers.
Black male shot at cops from alley. Many cops shot back many times. My guess based on one suspect supposedly being in an alley and another in the building. Cops wouldn't just shoot up a building like that.
Apparently they are saying on of the shooters has tactical gear including a bullet proof vest. Also saw that protesters were in the line of fire as well. Whomever is responsible for this needs to be held accountable. This is horrifying and a horrible day in America. Cops need to respect black lives. Everyone needs to respect cops lives. There is a need for dialogue between police and the people they patrol. This is getting out of hand. I find it disturbing that people are saying things like, "Some of you are getting what you wished for" - I don't think anyone here wishes for a cop to get shot.
Why are some of you are using this as a defense against the senseless shootings perpetrated by the men in blue over these last several days. Not even a peep of condolences from you all yesterday or earlier. These shootings are very disgusting and heinous acts, and neither negates the terribleness of the other.

If people take a nihilistic attitude towards the problems we face, then you can be sure things will get much worse. People need to stop blaming cops as a group for being bad. People need to stop blaming BLM and blacks as a group for being bad. Individuals on both sides are making tragic errors of judgment and it's important not to let the individuals represents the groups on either side.
The BLM movement didn't have credibility before this, due to their violent and criminal tendencies. Now they really don't have any credibility. They've accomplished nothing but make themselves look bad.
