No idea. He's listed as "Toro-Hernandez," but he goes by "Abraham Toro" on his Instagram account. Ray Henderson is also a Greeneville guy with a hyphenated last name: his full name is Raymond Henderson-Lozano. But, MiLB.com lists him as "Raymond Henderson" so... yeah.
Wasn't Toro a HS SS who played 3B his first only year in Juco since his team needed him to? Maybe the Astros will let Toro play SS until he proves otherwise? The Astro do the same by making most drafted pitchers starters until they prove otherwise.
It's a typo. You're close though...he was a catcher in HS and moved to 3B because of need. "We liked him as a third baseman," [Mike Elias, scouting director] said. "We will explore the catching thing with him if it's something we feel is appropriate. We're mostly excited about his physical tools and the success he's had. He had a great season. Our scouts think he's got a third baseman's arm, he's got power and he's an athletic kid."
3 Astros: Alex Bregman #4, Francis Martes #33, Kyle Tucker #40 <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Baseball Prospectus | BP Top 50 Prospects | Midseason Update <a href="https://t.co/n832q0Ja2X">https://t.co/n832q0Ja2X</a></p>— Craig Goldstein (@cdgoldstein) <a href="https://twitter.com/cdgoldstein/status/751038621688295424">July 7, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
BA's Top 10 Power-Speed Prospects List gave some love to Fisher and Teo Hernandez http://www.baseballamerica.com/minors/list-top-10-power-speed-prospects/#sKvFVqVEpYWI76rc.97

I'm sure he'd like a mulligan on this season. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Astros OF prospect Daz Cameron was diagnosed with a broken left pointer finger and is expected to miss the remainder of the season.</p>— Jake Kaplan (@jakemkaplan) <a href="https://twitter.com/jakemkaplan/status/751139105652641792">July 7, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script> How the injury occurred: <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Daz Cameron, an <a href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/Astros?src=hash">#Astros</a>' 1st round pick in 2015, was hit by a pitch in the 1st inning last night while playing with <a href="https://twitter.com/ValleyCats">@ValleyCats</a>.</p>— Angel Verdejo Jr. (@ahverdejo) <a href="https://twitter.com/ahverdejo/status/751140837673742337">July 7, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

His Ks are still elevated, but he looked like he had really turned it around. I expect he'd want to continue playing while he was hot.
Luhnow said as much recently, when they call guys up they like to keep them at their natural position, the position they're comfortable with, while they get adjusted to the new level. Then after a couple/few weeks they can experiment.
