Great job by Gomez...but that's twice that he has hit the ball and bat flipped/admired his hit, instead of getting out and running. It's one thing if you're knocking it out of the park, but he's hitting it inside the park.

 

2 near HRs for 1/2 of the cycle.

 

Gomez has missed 2 HR by about 5 feet combined.

Good god the Seattle guys do not like Tal's Hill, have talked about it every game.

There's no longer that horrible horrible feeling in my stomach when Gomez comes up to at bat. It's now been replaced with excitement, the Go-Go we've wanted since the trade.

 

It is an MLB problem, and definitely a team problem. Way too much assuming a ball is getting out or getting caught.

 

Reed's BABIP is so outrageous.

Gomez benefitted from the short LF wall, but was robbed by the deep CF. MMP at its best!
