Well, there should still be enough time for him to possibly face *better* AAA competition (if there is any... I have no idea what sort of pitching he's faced thus far), and perhaps he comes back down to earth which helps temper Luhnow's wild-side. Because yeah... right now, if he continues to treat AAA like he's in Lancaster... I don't know what good it would be doing for anybody other than inflating HIS trade value more than anything. Would be interesting to know what are his weaknesses or what he needs to work on... everybody has them, there has to be something.
Although there is no way to know for SURE More than likely we would still have Bregman. Reports had Colorado having Rodgers ahead of Bregman on their board, and the Rangers were very likely to take Tate over Bregman if we hadn't had that pick. More than likely we would have had Bregman, but not K Tucker.
Because I can, and it doesn't matter what I think or do. Like I said, I'm just interested in seeing what he does later this year and next in Corpus. I have no expectations, I'm just rooting for the guy. Kemmer and McCurry are another 2 non-"prospects" I'm hoping can get at least a cup of coffee for somebody someday in the bigs. Duffy got his last year and I'm sure he'll be telling his grandkids about it repeatedly in ~50 years.
Kris Bryant Everyone knew Kris Bryant was going to be an excellent hitter due to his bat speed. I really think Astros brass pass on him because of his 6 mar1juana failed tests he had while at San Diego St. Astros probably saw it as a big enough red flag, when you're picking number one overall, it wasn't worth it. They probably thought that he could have a chronic use drug problem in the future, at the time.
Such an easy swing. <blockquote class="twitter-video" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Bregman double it's lit <a href="https://t.co/BqTaUyvKHB">pic.twitter.com/BqTaUyvKHB</a></p>— The Strickland Wars (@cherubheathen) <a href="https://twitter.com/cherubheathen/status/750524004742541312">July 6, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
Brett Adcock (4th round this draft) hurt his knee fielding a bunt for Tri-Cities and is out for the year.

I would think most rankings sites would wait until around 8/1 so they know for sure which players from the draft will be signed and have a decent sample of short season ball to judge.

For the first time this year I went to see how Kyle Tucker is doing. The first thing that popped out to me, is he's stolen 27 bases this yr (caught 6 times) in 67 games. Last yr he stole 18 out of 22 in 63 gms. Very impressive!! Also (67 gms) BA .293 OB .357 OPS .756 3B 4 2B 12 HR 2 RBI 38
