Because of who it is. Turns out some people are too big to prosecute.

Oh I care, it's just clear that only lunatics actually believe Obama is an enemy to our nation. You're so melodramatic and ridiculous that I wonder how you function on a daily basis.

I'm honestly shocked that any of you thought this was going to end any other way. This is a country where Colin Powell, Condi Rice, Dick Cheney, Don Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, and George W Bush blantantly lied us into war that got hundreds of thousands of people killed and gave birth to multiple terrorist organizations. Not a thing happened to any of them. I mean... perspective anyone?

Maybe the Senate should investigate when they're done with Benghazi.

He said they cannot find a similar case that would warrant bringing up criminal charges. So, that is literally stating that their offenses were not prosecutable. BTW, he didn't have to make his recommendations public, he did bc he felt it was important based on the nature of the case. So, based on reading comprehension, he felt they did a stupid thing, but not one that warranted criminal charges

You can argue that the language of the law should be changed, or that she is completely untrustworthy. But your entire problem, Bobby, since you've been on this board, is that you become so singularly fixated on one way of thinking that you do not allow for any discussion other than your narrowly held view eg Andre Johnson). This has been noted by multiple posters. So, you can repeat all you want about criminal Hillary, but you repeating it 1,000 times doesn't make it so. And insulting others as naive or willfully supporting a criminal or having zero creibility doesn't make it so either. All it does is further sink your credibility as someone anyone can have a reasonably fair-minded discussion with when it comes to certain topics. If you're happy with that, power to you, brother.

The Senate wasn't investigating Benghazi. The House was. And it turned in its report last week.

    But...again...nice troll.

    Good effort.

He just said a crime took place. Having top secret information on a private server is a crime. He said it happened. He then said he wouldn't prosecute. As for why someone would do that; money, pressure, etc....

This is how people get away with being above the law. Cause the 'little people' like you just play dumb.

And he is lying (/mild shock). People have already posted plenty of cases against soldiers locked up for way less. GO back in this thread if you want.

    Here is one:

Because deliberately sabotaging and undermining the rule of law is his way of protecting and defending the US Constitution, which he took an oath to protect and to serve? The harm that he has done to our nation here and by other similar short-sited, self-serving partisan actions by the DOJ is truly immense.

But you are fine with that, because he is of your tribe. It is the basest and nastiest kind of identity politics imaginable. And the price for its success is the sacrifice of the credibility of the FBI and the knowing and intentional undermining of the rule of law in this country.

If you do not see how that makes Obama the enemy of our nation in the just about the most profound and harmful way imaginable, then it is not me that is the lunatic here.

You can post your opinion, but the FBI director said that there was evidence that she broke the law.

You don't have to take my word for it, he's his words

That's him saying there is evidence that she committed felonies.

    He then said

This let you know he based his decision on intent despite the fact that intent is irrelevant when it comes to the specific crimes she committed.

He also suggests this when he says

This says basically that there's no clear evidence that they intended to violate the law, they did violate the law.

Anyone who refuses to see that based on partisan reasons has no credibility.

    WERE.

18 months ago the most recent. Both bi-partisan ones. Yes I'm SURE you meant those.

    Nice cover up tho.

    Good effort.

Yeah... there's no moratorium on Benghazi investigations. They can open up five more if they want. So, how many email investigations should we have? Keep on investigating.

One. The one we've had because it was a good one...albeit with a troubling outcome.

I'm sure that doesn't fit with your bull**** narrative about anyone who dares disagree with your thoughts.

So make another snappy comeback. I'll even give you the "Nice troll. Good effort" in advance.

So it's like the IRS with taxes. If you **** up, you can be held liable for penalties, but not arrested. If you evade, you can be arrested. So this case is similar to providing false information on your taxes. Not every law is based on the action alone. In the case of your taxes, intent does matter.

Alright. I really enjoy watching you guys flip out on a regular basis. It's exhausting but pretty damn entertaining.

No wonder the suicide rate for middle aged white men has skyrocketed under Obama. You can only be enraged 24/7 for so long before bad things happen. Take a deep breath, get some perspective. Try some Yoga or something.
