Negligence: 'failure to use reasonable care'
Definition for carelessness includes the word negligence
Carelessness: 'failure to give sufficient attention to avoiding harm or errors; negligence.'

'Gross Negligence' is a synonym of 'Extreme Carelessness'

It is the same exact thing.. Is that debatable?

I want to see how it can be spinned so as to not mean that

The FBI says they conclude she broke the law and has evidence but recommends not prosecute because why? unprecedented politics.

He basically said because she is running for president the circumstances are different. They changed the law to allow this. They have done this with everything, insider trading, bribery....etc. It's all out on the table because it's legal now.

Trump isn't the result of a bad nomination process, he's the natural result of 20 years or more of the dangerous combination of anti-science, anti-intellectualism, racism, nativism etc that have undergirded most GOP politics and policy. They crated their own reality for their base, and Trump, who creates and controls his own false reality, jumped right into it.

Because criminal negligence is applied around the death or serious bodily harm of another person. That was not a factor here.

Your rebuttal is Rand Paul? You blindly follow the Democrat party so you automatically assume I blindly follow the Republican party? Perhaps you should focus a little more on what I believe instead of what you think.

You accuse Cheney of war profiteering and you place the onus onto me to prove he wasn't? Talking about poor debating. There is heaps amount of evidence that proves Hillary is corrupt but yet you still are chasing this Cheney thing.

18 U.S.C., Section 793-F states "Whoever, being entrusted with...national security documents... through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

    Just FYI.

    Your move counselor.

Yes, because we keep irrelevant state secrets for the fun of it. Considering quite a bit of controlled documents are to protect the intel, which can result in harm or death to many, I would say it constitutes criminal negligence ... per your definition.

Faux scandal? The FBI just admitted there was evidence she broke the law. There's nothing faux about this scandal. Hillary Clinton mishandled classified information while Secretary of State out of gross negligence and as such she wouldn't be qualified to take out the trash and sweep the floors in a SCIF.....but she's running for president.

Now I'm sure that won't matter to the blue dog Democrats out there, and sure, Trump would be worse, but it's 100% legitimate.

If Obama's election resulted in Trump as the GOP answer, can you imagine what the next GOP nominee will be after Hillary's election? Strom Thurmond's decaying corpse? Rush Limbaugh? Alex Jones?

How does someone keep a security clearance with what was called reckless behavior?

Some cross between Mark Levin, Ann Coulter, and Michael Savage.

They get elected to an office where they give you one despite not being incapable of attaining that clearance any other way. Like I said before, she would be unqualified to sweep the floors in a SCIF.

Per the usual, Democrats laugh off gross carelessness, exposure of state secrets, and a generally lax attitude around security. Hillary certainly isn't exonerated here...far from it.

Now, I will say that a huge part of the problem was in allowing a situation like this to occur in the first place (ie, really lax email policies), but the Sec of State, of ALL people, should have been aware of both what needs to be classified, and the degree of protection it should receive when traveling in known areas of exposure. That would apply regardless of who was Sec of State. Would you not agree with that?

    You are right.

I predicted the corruption of this process at the DOJ level of the Obama regime, as they had previously destroyed any claims to integrity and credibility on matters with any sort of political aspect at all repeatedly throughout this administration. I had naively hoped that somehow the integrity of the FBI would be allowed to remain intact. I was wrong. Now the reputation and the credibility of the FBI has also been corrupted and destroyed by Obama and his regime.

All of the traitors that have been executed by our nation over the last 200 plus years combined have not been as harmful to our country as Barack Obama and his regime. To call the rule of this slimeball a tragedy for our country hardly even begins to cover it.

Why do you take such glee in all this? What could possibly be entertaining about today?

The elites just gave you the finger too. Again.
