Is Ezeli still a possibility for the Rockets? Why are we not talking about this?

We know there's interest and a need, and the Warriors can't afford to keep him.

    And there's this article:
    http://www.inquisitr.com/3100962/nb...ng-golden-state-warriors-for-houston-rockets/

Shouldn't be too hard to clear up a little more space and offer something like a $15 million/yr deal, right? Is this a pipe dream?

Nothing really new here, but definitely less buzz than I would have expected:

(I just reread what I wrote and threw up a little bit in my mouth. This market is so crazy)

    L.O.L.

Not really. Scoring 6 points a game and getting PAID 80 million is the new exciting thing now.

BTW- How would they sign him and keep DMo?

I'd rather start the rookie Na-nu

Trade away about $5-6m of salary net into cap space and then resign dmo with bird rights to go over the cap.

Would much rather re-sign D-MO and roll with the rookies if we're not getting a real difference maker.

Stick with DMo and be the worst defense & rebounding team in the league?

I'm gonna throw in with Darkhorse. I want some defense and rebounding and rim protection. Ezeili can give us that. I have no idea what his price will be, and that could scare me off, but i am not satisfied with our soft front court.

Well he's obviously better than Chinanu Onuaku right now. But how much better? 50% better? 90% better? I'd rather keep our cash for next summer and give Onuaku 15 minutes a night behind Capella.

Teams will learn the hard way about signing former Warriors role players to hefty contracts.

I don't really get the appeal. His injury history/price tag would scare me away. if you can't stay healthy in your mid-20's while playing 15 minutes a game, an expanded role is probably not in the cards.

He cant handle pressure. This team will already be weak physically with all the injury prone players , we dont need any mentally challenged players
