Conversation of rude Israelis has gone on far too long. But, I'd say the Israeli culture (and German and perhaps a few others) is more direct and abrupt than American culture, so it comes off as rude to us. Other cultures are much less direct, and Americans come off as rude to them. It perhaps takes some humility and cultural literacy to appreciate why Israelis come off that way, but it seems a little ridiculous to say recognizing the phenomenon is racist.

I still don't see a viable way out.
