Better fit for him down there. Wish we still had him. He could have been some use to us if we used him correctly.

Such as? Kevin Martin? Tracy McGrady? Josh Smith? Steve Francis? Aaron Brooks?

Other than Kyle Lowry I can't think of many times this has happened. If anything, guys who look like stars in Houston have often floundered after leaving.

LOL, these videos are cute. It's like he never thought about trying to improve his shooting. What a novel concept!

"So you're in player development in the NBA?"
    "Yes"
"Impressive, what exactly do you do?"
    "I clap, I'm a professional clapper"

These guys are soooooooooooooo dumb. He should've been doing this when he was 18, 19, 20 years old. Can you imagine Dwight Howard with a good jump shot? He jus cost himself approximately $30 million over the next 3 years, not to mention missing the opportunity to sign for 5 years and around $165 million simply because of his offensive limitations.

Now he's gonna learn to shoot. What kind of advice do these guys pay their advisors for anyways? Just so stupid.

Dwight very well could be a steal for ATL . If his body still has a season or two left dwights ceiling is limited by how hard and how smart he plays . He can do both at will , or he can pout and play like he did last season for us . He will have a better coach in ATL than he has in a while . I'm projecting that since he left Houston everything he does now will be portrayed in a positive light .

Everyone is the NBA can hit open shots. Even shaq can. Watch warm ups. Its just at full speed its too hard to do consistently.

I want to see him do this after run up and down the court a couple times. Dwight will never be a good shooter unless he changes his form completely. Shoot with the left, the right isn't work.

Exactly. His form is great when you stand him in one spot and give him tons of reps to find the form...but if that form isn't as natural as a reflex then it won't work in a game. I would think at this stage in his career he has probably had more than enough reps that if he still doesn't get it, he won't ever get it. That time is better spent tweaking the things he does do well rather than trying to make him something he is not.
