do you think Iceland has any hope tonight? I want to watch it for once but I'm afraid I will jinx them.
My guess is a comfortable 2:0 or something for France, judging from their last game. Had them rated as title favourites before the tournament started and think they finally played up to their potential in their last game, so Iceland should be no real threat (let's not overrate them because of the victory vs England).
The way both teams played, there's definetely a chance for Iceland. France got in trouble against weaker teams, they are predictable and have issues with their defense. The French are favored, but so were other teams before.
Said so, France were my favourites for the title and finally got their sh** together after the group stage. Will be extremely tough for Germany.
And Portugal. Germany/France will wipe the floor with the other finalist, really sucks how uneven the halves of the knockout stage are.
