10m will be underpaying him. Gasol will be chasing a ring and going to a big contender

We go back to our traditional lineup of Bev/Harden.

He did take a paycut to play for Chicago.

10-15 million should get it done.

No way he's going to get paid that little. At minimum he's getting Atleast what mozgov got.

I haven't really seen who's left as far as a veteran C that's still available who can come in and play 15-20 mins at C while Capella handles the rest with spot minutes from others.

He did so because he thought Chicago was a contender. He's not taking a pay cut to play for the Rockets.

Nope. Care to bet? No way Beverley is being benched as long as he is the only pg on this team. It should actually be pretty obvious.

I bet Pau is already a Spur...he's probably waiting for KD to say no to them and he'll sign there...

I think he'll sign with SA as well. Great opportunity for him

I don't know but rest assured that this is the holdup. Durant. As soon as he signs we will find out. Probably soon after that Wade as well.

Smh at people mentioning Gasol, bet he's wetting his pants thinking of this team.

You guys should start to realize that ambitious FAs won't sign here, I also shook my head at the Horford, Bazemore, Conley etc threads. We can only aim for 3rd tier guys in our current state.

Id throw it at Rondo on a one year deal.

Lets be honest our new "big 3" is not a contender. Rondo could move the needle closer than anyone else out there.

Toronto (*opera*) seems comparable to Houston. What do you think?

Canadian Opera Company - Toronto - schedule
    Portland Opera - schedule
    Opera San Antonio - schedule

I think we are fine at center. Donuts, Capella, and the new kid out of Louisville will be our centers. We need defense and some more scoring off the bench.

Gasol was never coming here. ...

[rQUOTEr]The market for Pau Gasol appears to be around $18-22 million/year. Raptors, Bulls, Blazers, Wolves, Spurs among the teams in discussions with him, per sources. Not clear yet if he'll wait until Durant decides.

I dont' know much about operas. Maybe it will have to go down to the number of museums.
He was rumoured hesitating to sign in SA because they didn't have enough.

Pau has pretty much said already he wont' resign with the Bulls, and the Wolves already signed Aldriche.
And I dont' see how the Raptors can pay that price for Gasol.

Blazers on the other hand seem more plausible.

Yep, i think he'll fit like a glove there. Also, Messina, Parker, Boban, Manu, Diaw...a lot of Euro there.

    I agree.

Sign Lance Stephenson to back up Eric Gordon. Trade for Nerlens Noel and Aaron Gordon then call it a wrap.
