DMo played Center during the time the Rockets played without Dwert two seasons ago. And he did a solid job. His issue however is rebounding...he was never proficient at getting defensive boards...He has also shown his body wont tolerate heavy amounts of stress.. The Center position demands such.

Yeah and with DMO health issues we need Anderson. Maybe they can time their injuries out 50/50 of the season. Hopefully they're sharing the contract too.

Yeah, Broken Back, go play center. Go bang with the big guys down low. Sounds like a great idea!

In before his back is just a smoke screen to dodge national team draft

After laughably overpaying a much taller version of old man Terry I think the Rockets let DMo walk.

He kept us going as good as Dwight did in our best season since we have had Harden. Let Anderson spread the floor, let D-Mo be used in the pick and roll.

We were one of the worst rebounding teams in the league with Dmo on the floor. Yes he was that bad - I don't know how many times I saw a ball come right to him and then an opposing player muscled him out of position at the last second. He was marginal as a PF and terrible as a backup C. Better we move on from softies like him and get someone who can fulfill the basic requirements of a frontcourt player.

For DMo's sake I hope they let him go, no one should be forced to stay on this sinking ship.

Yeah, I think DMo is gone with the Anderson signing. He is going to get 12-15m and the Rockets already committed to an injury prone Anderson.

Shocked at Anderson's deal, hope there are some team option years in there, not much of a "Value" contract, for a bench warmer like Anderson....you have to start him.

Maybe they plan on starting Anderson and DMo.....two 3pt shooting bigs? But that is risky with their injury histories....yikes!

Anybody else think DMO just became a sign-and-trade candidate? I do. Ryan Anderson is not good enough to be our second or third best player. There has to be trades coming. I find it impossible to believe we are going to let DMO walk or keep both him and Anderson long-term.

If you think we lost faith in this oeganization, I wonder what Dmo thinks.

I don't know, at this point i just think Les and MDA are running the show, i just cannot think that Morey wanted to sign and/or give this contract to Anderson so, i actually think that we're just sinking...

He's probably just hoping they don't match his offer sheet.
