I'm beginning to think that players don't want to come here like they didn't want to go to the Los Angeles Lakers because of Kobe Bryant. A lot of the lakers problems was with Kobe keeping the ball 90% of the time. James Harden has the same disease, not sharing the ball and keeping it 95% of the time. I'm saying this to further explain the fact that we can't sign anyone to come here. Houston, we have a problem. We just went out of our way to talk to Kent Bazemore and gave him a great offer, and he turns around and sign with the Atlanta Hawks for 2 million less than what he was going to receive from us. Something is wrong with this picture. We need to ask ourselves why is this? Why are big name FA not wanting to come here? I'm telling you rocket fans, we need shooters here and defensive players. We just don't have the players here on this present roster to compete. We're sitting now and waiting on Al Horford. Good luck with that.

Horford and Barnes would be great! Two versatile players that that can score. If that happens i'd consider the off season a success!;)

I am not as frightened of Barnes as most people are
He is a #4 Guy right now
    I think he can be a good #2 . .. and EXCELLENT #3
I just don't see him as a #1 guy . . . but he have Harden for that

Barnes is not coming anyway, the Warriors will match if they don't sign Durant.

I cannot believe that. No way Warriors pay max for the 4th best, arguable 6th best player on their team. Curry will be a free agent next year...

Barnes would be an excellent addition. He shot well during the regular season and he's only 24. He's still got potential.

Also, with the contracts being handed out, 25 million per for a 24 year old with potential doesn't seem too bad...

I don't know, they have no reason to not match, i mean, they can play Iggy at the 3, true, but Barnes is young, can play the 4 more than Iggy, he fits their game...maybe i'm wrong, but i don't see them let him go.

Barnes is better than Crabbe, even Bazemore. I remember the time he was being compared to Jordan when he was at NC. Obviously an overexaggeration but we've only seen tip of the ice berg so far. I see Barnes as a Pierce/Granger type wing when it's all said and done. Not Jordan or even Kobe but with Rockets he doesn't have to be.

Would make very good signing in what has been a crappy off season and coming off such a disappointing season.
