So is this just trade speculation? Or something else?

Btw the Hawks are at 72 million if i'm not wrong, this with Dwight contract on but without Horford, Bazemore, Hinrich and Humpries cap holds.

They don't have full bird right for Baze so, they just cannot keep him AND Horford.

With Horford cap hold they have only 4/5 milions to spend, and they have only Sefolosha, Korver and a couple of rookies, Hardaway jr...i think they need to sign a good SG/SF, or trade Millsap for one.

Well they all started out in NY/NJ and left from there. But yeah Ricans are mostly in Chicago/NYC in the beginning and expanded out over time.

I think as today Raptors, Heat, Pacers, Knicks, Magic, Bulls are all better than the Celtics...they have no stars, no shooting, no front court...

    Interpreting:

With Howard in the fold & Houston/Boston(maybe others) after Horford, I wonder if there is a deal to be had between Horford/Atlanta.

The Celtics don't have a player top 10 player while the Rockets have James Harden. If we're basing a team's future, solely on last season. The Celtics didn't do much better than the Rockets. This future is we speak of is not known.

Don't use that generic we have James Harden argument. The Celtics have assets and draft picks to better their team in the future and any loss of their best player won't hinder their progress. Houston may loos James Harden after next season and be back at square one in the West

That may be bad for Houston if they have theirs assets set up for another trade. May not want to cash them in for a player they planned to sign outright.

Forget about it. We are not offering you max money, just do what you gotta do and use us as leverage.

Just have this feeling that we are going to get Boshed with Horford...

My gut says Boston may have intrigued him...Staying in the East may be beneficial for him.

I personally am not a fan of Horford's game...He isnt someone I consider an elite level talent...

I guess he likes the weather here from being a creeper on his twitter profile...

Yeah, a trade for Horford doesn't help Boston or Houston. Both can sign him outright.

Yeah, they're trying to use their assets fron a couple of year already, without results. They also just had a pretty awful draft.
