And the main place we were hearing that was from Cuban's mouthpiece Stein. Same mouthpiece that said we had no shot at Howard because the Mav's were in the driver's seat. LOL

I agree you can be a superstar pitcher and make serious cha-ching in baseball. But here's the thing, you can be 6 pts off the bench Mozgov and roughly make the same as JJ Watt. ~$16m. You can be a mediocre big in the NBA and make the same as the NFL's arguably best player. Mozgov is making the same as Mike Trout. Disproven superstar & off knee surgery Parsons makes Pujols money. I'm just saying for the U.S. talent pool, for those athletes that are gifted enough athletically where the world is their oyster and they can easily choose between the big 3, the $$$$ to be had playing basketball is going to steer a whole lot of talent towards basketball over the next coming years.
Absolutely agree... IF you are the type of athlete that is basically going to make it in any sport. Sure. Also the sports popularity is continuing to rise and will continue, and the endorsement dollars can be crazy.. though that's more for those star players. But if its a matter of which sport might you have a better chance of making it, it still seems like baseball. Now, the caveat there is pay in non-NBA leagues. The guys who don't make it in the NBA cna go to Europe, China, Australia, and various other leagues and still make a very very solid living. For a minor league baseball player... well, there's the minor leagues.
