Doesn't always translate to game time situations/scenarios. And whose to say that they're not already do this with KJ?

Perfect example is Dwight. He makes 75%+ of his FTs in practice. Cant hit over 50% in games when it counts.

All I really care about is that we can hopefully get to Parsons-like creating/driving skills at the 3. The Rockets need that spot improved in that area. Three point shooting is just part of the equation.

Sounds like Bazemore isn't going to solve a ton for the Rockets. Could slightly improve it sounds like because they both aren't "Ariza-bad" at basic skill basketball traits like dribbling, and passing.

All I was saying/dreaming was that it would be nice if in a perfect world the Rockets could save 20 million bucks by KJ simply being able to develop a 3 point shot.

    See above. Was halfway joking.

I like Crabbe more than Bazemore. Crabbe is a better shooter, and younger.
Bazemore is more athletic. The Rockets did the right thing though by going after Bazemore, since he is close to Al Horford.

I'm a big fan of Bazemore. Had him on my fantasy team last season so I followed him more closely than I would have under normal circumstances. Love the athleticism and toughness, and the Horford tie in could be huge.

    Rockets Comparison: Cuttino Mobley

Anyone else think his three-point form looks identical to Cuttino Mobley's? Spooky-similar.

In fact, I might go so far to say he's a lot similar in the whole package. Same height in bare feet, but Bazemore has roughly an inch wider wingspan and inch or so more verticle to allow those more flamboyant dunks, and Cat has slightly quicker first step. Can shoot a 3 about the same at same age, likes to dribble penetrate and they both had long arms for very good defense, and again Cat has better footwork on d, while Bazemore with slightly more length and vert.

Not sure about motor. Hard for me to say if Bazemore has Cat's superb conditioning and motor.

I am guessing they made a huge impact, but not as huge as 20 million per would make.....

Morey can play the waiting game all he wants but we've seen that process before and how it can turn out. And we aren't the desired destination we once were, so if he wants to get something done he better do it before we end up SOL

I guess I haven't watched this guy enough. I didn't realize he was important enough for this big of a presentation. Olajuwon is a real team-player.

I'm sure the one question he had when he left the meeting was, "What the f*** was Clyde talking about?"

If the Rockets are meeting with Horford next in Atlanta, it seems like a good use of resources.
