Worth a shot. Just HL though.

Portland wants to sign Parsons and dwight.
Why not focus instead on stealing Crabbe?
Also they may renounce Harkless as well.

Thanks but I'd really like some better in game analysis or to see some full game footage. I saw a few ATL games last year but not nearly enough to have an opinion. The big thing for me is when the ball finds him in the Rockets offense, will be able to create off the dribble, and act as a sub creator. For whatever the reason in the Rockets offense, the ball finds the 3 ALOT.

Also while he can finish at the rim obviously, it seems like he's got to either get creative with up and unders or use his athleticism to finish. I don't know if in a more prominent role if his lack of size at the 3 to play in the paint consistently will be an issue... not entirely sure though.

I like Bazemore and would be happy if he is signed at the price DM is considering ... not overpaying.

But also perfectly fine with him not signing.

He'd be a great 3 point shooter 5 years ago. Now, he's average... even if that's better than what we currently have.

He's short for a SF. Does a little bit of everything which is nice, and should fit very well with an MDA offense.

MAYBE allows you to trade Ariza for assets, but again, Bazemore is a little small for a SF. Ariza doesn't do it all the time, but he at least CAN move to PF. Bazemore is more SF/SG, than SF/PF.

If Fournier wasn't restricted, I'd rather go after him, recognizing he is more pure SG, but he's actually taller at 6'7, and I think a better ballhandler, which could act as a psuedo PG at times - whereas I don't see that from Bazemore.

Oh hell yes of course. Ariza's inability to do anything skilled with a basketball other than catch & shoot and defend destroys the Rockets offense. No doubt he's an upgrade but just wondering how much and if he's better than Parsons was.

I don't think Baze is better than Parsons on offense, however defensively...for sure. Baze might be more consistent catch and shoot, shooter

Everyone is going to get overpaid; the salary cap is increasing. Why are so many people being dunces about it? He's an ascending player and we will need to pay market value or we won't sign anyone with this frugal mentality. Wise up, people.

To me he reminds me of KJ McDaniels with a more consistent 3 point shot. Am I wrong with that comparison?? Not sure why we don't just get KJ in the gym for 100 hours a week to shoot nothing but 3 pointers and 3 pointer drills. He's got a great contract now that isn't going to cost 20 million a year like Bazemore.

just because you put him in the gym shooting 1000 jumpers a day doesn't mean he will come out being a good 3pnt shooter. Or even average.

Also Bazemore is not a good ballhandler and playmaker but he's much better than KJ in that area.

6'11.5'' wingspan is amazing for a guy that's just under 6'4 without shoes. 35 inch max vert is not anything special, but its actually very good when you consider how far his long arms will be stretching out. You can see in those clips how he can get blocks or dunks from what appears to be long jumping distances. Decent speed and quickness. Willing runner so i can see why he likes MDA's system. I like how he puts the ball on the floor. Looks natural unlike Trevor Ariza who seems so awkward when he handles the ball. You can tell Bazemore can still work on his game and improve into a better 1 on 1 player. So despite being 27, i see growth within him still. The 3.8DWS really excites my penis though.

I like his game but 20 mill is a tough pill to swallow for a guy who plays at starter level

I tend to agree with where your head is at. I also want a SF who can penetrate/create a bit.

    There's a reason he's going to have 15 offers...

NBA GM's, scouts, and execs are seeing something some of our resident CF posters aren't.

And all those people also passed Draymond Green in the first round also.

    Just saying.
