Kent Bazemore for $20 million dollars year.

We would continue to be the laughingstock of the league. Wait him out, and if we lose him we lose him, but I hope to god nobody is dumb enough to give him $20m a year.

$20 million a year?!...I wouldn't pay that scrub nothing! He's not an allstar! I rather take a chance on a d-league or euro player then overpay for a mediocre player! Overpriced stay away!:(

    Well...

At least the parity of the league will be restored.
All those underutilized free agents from the contenders in the league are getting massive deals.

Cleveland could lose JR, Mo, Jefferson, Jones, they've already lost Mozgov, and they could panic match Delly.
Warriors could lose Barbosa, Clark, Rush, Speights, Varejao, and they'll end up panic matching Ezeli and Barnes.

Parsons max starts at 22 mill, averaged is 23.5 mill per year, 4 year 94 million is the most he can get from any team besides the Mavs (which many reports say Parsons will not be returning to the mavs.

Parsons for 23.5 mill per isn't that bad compared to what many others will be getting paid. So far it looks like the the most over payed group of players will be the middle tier and bench player types. Parsons is a good starter, he's a lot closer to Batum then he is Mozgof.

Let's just max out Dwight Howard and bring him back. Given the kind of $ being handed out, his contract should be easy to trade for some value unless his body is totally broken

Parsons contract will go up 35 percent, just like the cap.

He is not going to be overpaid.

We've got to lock down one of these max guys in this crazy market. Hope there's truth to the Conley rumors about Houston back in consideration

Stay away from these free agents.

Back to the drawing board. Let's trade for guys to fill our cap.

Nice, likely means they are out of the Horford running (possibly even the Ryan Anderson running too lol).

As well as the Knicks, then Wizards and Raptors for re-signing their own guys.

Looking at who's left on possible Horford suitors along with the Rockets

Celtics, Hawks, Warriors, OKC, Heat, Spurs, Mavs, Blazers and Pacers

Still a lot of teams! But could be cut down to size with Whiteside, Gasol, Howard, Parsons and other free agent signings.

Vertical said Horford had meetings with Celtics, Rockets, 2 other teams, and of course possibly the Hawks.
