Conley focused on Memphis/Dallas Whiteside focused on Miami/Dallas Mavs could pull off their plan A!

Sources: As 12:01 AM nears, free agent Hassan Whiteside's focus is centered on Miami and Dallas. really cant believe that either Whiteside or Conley not giving the rockets a meeting.. (thought we were top 5 destination) and then you go hire a coach like Pringles...
If Dallas gets itself capped out for the next 4 years with Matthews, Batum, Conley, and an over the hill Dirk that would mean they are penciling in themselves into mediocrity for the next 3 or 4 years as an 48 win team. I love all of those guys, but if you want to knock off the Warriors, Spurs, Cle, etc. in the playoffs that team of maxed out roll players won't get the job done.
I agree, but i still think Conley will stay in Memphis if they can sign another pretty good player like Parsons.
I still think the best case scenario for Houston is: Al Horford - max Chandler Parsons - close to max Eric Gordon - budget bargain player We have zero shot at Conley or Durant. If we could add all three of those players to James Harden and DMo then we would have one hell of an offensive team.
The Mavs meet with everyone, and never get anyone. Why TF would you want to play for them with the team they have? In the division they're in. As part of the conference they're in? I don't get it.

Who cares...Conley is not a good fit next to Harden and he probably knows it. Why would any elite pg want to start next harden? DWill, Rondo types are our best bet and much cheaper too. I mean MDA has a history of making even avg pg's look like allstars anyway.
