Not true at all. Cap room allowed Miami to sign the big three and win 2 championships. Without the cap room and flexibility, no big 3 no matter how much the players may want to play together. Cap room and keeping flexibility got us Dwight (because we traded away lesser players to clear cap space to sign Dwight), who got us to the WCF.

Flexibility allowed us to get Drexler, Harden and Dwight .

Yep, teams who kill their cap room and flexibility don't win

I guess you failed to see that both "sources" was from the same camp that I posted video of, although they put some words he didn't say in interview. Oh well, you know better...

I can't understand DMo's native language in your video. He could just be confirming what those links says DMo said.

Yeap. The whole issue with his back , from what I've gathered, is just an excuse to not play for Lithuania. He needs to be secured. #1 priority.

The point is he never told anyone he's not 100%, the only thing he said about his back is that he was in Vancouver for a month, docs are happy & he still needs to do exercises during the season aka rehab. But c'mon now, even DRoss still does exercises for his ACL, even though he's healthy enough to play 40 minutes.

You would never be 100% after such injuries, but he didn't say he isn't. Press just put some words he didn't say & it worked, half of you believe he has back issues...

So apparently all of the below is just words put in his mouth. He never said any of this?

You won't still believe, but I don't really care. Have a good rest of the day mate.

Yeah, "best wishes" doesn't scream to me, "Hey, when do we start!"

Then again, I could be overthinking it.

English is not his first language. He might have used the wrong expression not knowing the connotation.

That's what I was thinking (hoping) too. The more I think about DMo in the context of this insane free agency or MDA's system, the more I think locking him up might be one of the smartest moves we could make. He's not likely to get one of these insane offers on account of the injury issues. If we are comfortable with his medical, buying low (relatively speaking) on DMo is probably a really smart move.

printed quotes said by someone are more credible then an outsiders mere opinion trying to explain what they are saying. That should be obvious

Can someone explain this to me: DMo is a free agent at this point. I thought teams were not allowed to contact players until free agency begins midnight 7/1?
