Umm.. since Arya has sliced-and-diced her way through Walder and (presumably) his only two remaining heirs, wouldn't that lead to (as Walder himself specifically stated) having Edmure become the next rightful Lord of the Twins? Walder did state that Edmure was 'my son by law' after all. In other words, Edmure may have just gone from the outhouse to the penthouse.. or what passes for one in that stinkhole anyway. So I think, next time the Lannisters come calling, they may get a very different kind of welcome. And hopefully Edmure had the sense to merely CAPTURE the Blackfish and hide him away instead of killing him outright. First Rule of GOT - if you didn't SEE it happen, it probably DIDN'T happen.
Ned was killed only a few days after Robert Baratheon died. The "Promise me Ned" was to not let Robert know. He was "hiding him all these years," because Robert was still alive.
Correct, Dany is Jon Snow's Aunt. Danny's older brother, Rhaegar, is Jon's father. Ned hid Jon because he promised his sister as Robert would have killed him if he knew he was a Targaryen. Recall that King's Landing (Robert) kept sending assassins to kill Danny and his brother Viserys. As a matter of fact, Jorah was spying on Danny (via Vary's) hoping to get pardon for his past actions.
Arya killed Walder Frey, Black Walder (b*stard) and Lothar Frey. Stevron Frey the first son and heir is still alive (granted we haven't seen him in a while).
Edit: they only mention one dress by the designer, with different armor on the shoulders https://m.mic.com/articles/147259/t...-saying-yes-to-cersei-s-epic-dress#.tXJNW5S4R http://hellogiggles.com/what-you-pr...it-in-the-season-finale-of-game-of-thrones/2/ https://www.google.com/amp/www.vani...ason-6-finale-cersei-dress/amp?client=safari#
Walder Frey still has other children that will probably fight each item for the right to be the Lord. Arya is also probably not done killing Freys
Who did she kill to put into the food? I thought it was his heirs, maybe not.. Nevermind, just read up.
This is why I have not understood why Dany has been willing to let Varys into her inner circle, given that he was spying on her through Jorah Mormont previously. With Varys a part of Dany's advisers and Littlefinger a part of the Stark's advisers (maybe), you have two members of the Baratheon/Lannister small council who are very close to the leaders who oppose Cersei's rule.
Varys is a complicated character... the books do a much better job of explaining what's really going. Book Varys has other plans and I won't spoil them here but highly doubt that those plans will happen in the show. Show Varys joined Daenery's because honestly he didn't have a choice.. recall that Varys helped Tyrion escape after the latter killed Tywin, the most powerful man in Westeros at the time. In addition, Varys has always claimed that he only wants what's best for Westeros. There was a scene in S5 where Varys tells Tyrion something along the lines of "The throne needs someone stronger than Tommen but gentler than Stannis, loved by millions, with a powerful army and a right name." So in his mind Daenery's is the best suited to rule westeros. As to Daenerys letting Varys in her innner circle, I think Tyrion influnced her on this matter. There was a scene where Tyrion tells Daenerys that Varys is the reason why she didn't die in her crib.
1. My question regarding Varys: What did the deity in the flames (R'hllor or something else) say to the sorcerer who castrated Varys? I wonder Vary's current plans have something to do with the voice in the flames. 2. About Cersei: She annoys me because, as Tywin said, she isn't as smart as she thinks she is. Yeah, she won the throne, but what does she rule over exactly? 3. What's the timing between Jaime leaving the Twins and Arya killing Walder? If they happened on the same night, it would seem weird for Jaime to just leave when hearing about Walder's death at least shortly after Jaime's departure.
Do we think that Arya killed the waitress after the feast or that she was always that waitress in disguise waiting for her moment to strike? As I recall, the waitress was fixated on Jaime -- who I'm sure Arya would want to kill with him being a Lannister.
I assume Arya was the waitress the whole time, though I suppose there's no way to definitively prove that.
As soon as I saw the way she looked at Jaime, I knew it was Arya. She wasn't there for Jaime she was there for Walder Frey. Jaime isn't on her list.
Neither was Walder Frey.. EDIT: getting conflicting info on that. Perhaps he wasn't on her list in the books?
