basically you can say that Atlanta is the producer of 3+D wings. Takes up journeymen and turns them into highly sought after modern sgs.

If next year Hardaway jr turns from bad to max I think Bud will deserve a trophy.

Probably staying put but perhaps one less suitor if true.

All Memphis has to do is offer the full max. The most horrible contract in the NBA is about to be born. The monetary difference will be so big that noone in their right mind would leave away from that.

Well, Duncan opted in so, they'll have 6 million less in cap space, and even more if Manu is going to stay too...Duncan can still retire, but in both case they need a center mpore than a point guard imo. It's going to be Pau for them.

Is that Watkins dude even a insider? Has he every broken any news? Because everything I've seen him report or tweet or post on ESPN sounds like speculation coming out of his ass, or him just telling what others have said.

Thanks ESPN! For assigning Houston a professional speculator, he does what we do on Clutchfans, but gets paid! Lucky b*stard.

I believe the Spurs are already looking at the next decade, and a 30 year old LMA is enough. They can go young with Kwahi and say Durant. They wouldnt want Conley + LMA.

So freaking depressing. If we pay Anderson $18 mil I'm gonna flip out. This offseason is a complete nightmare

Morey needs to go. Too bad there is no way to get rid of Les.

In a couple of weeks you'll have a better idea of how sweet or nightmarish this offseason actually is.

I think the biggest issue with Conley would be his contract, which will be a max 110 mill deal.

In order for the Spurs to be able to afford his contract, they would have to waive Diaw, let Boban walk, then they would have to trade Green and Mills.

On top of thatneither Parker nor Conley are really big enough to play SG for extended periods of time, and I don't think Parker is going to be happy player under 20mpg, plus Parker is making 15 million per season for 2 more years and that would be a crazy expense backup for an already crazy expensive starter in Conley.

I love Conley as a fit on the Spurs, but because of their cap space situation, and Parker's contract/current role, they may just be a lot happier signing Pau Gasol instead for half the price while being able to retain Green, Mills and Boban (Diaw would still have to go though).

That being said, if the Spurs are truly out of the picture, the Rockets may very well be next in line on Conley's list, there is a small group of playoff teams without PG's, he surprisingly won't have many great options.

IMO Conley re-signing with Grizz for 5 year deal, or signing with Houston would be his best two options outside of the Spurs.

yup. I think you are better insider than him.

You could honestly just straight up take his job and give hot takes that would be more reliable and come true.

    Not weeks. Days.

Rhyno will not take long to sign somewhere. Perhaps for us there is Horford before him in our list, but for other teams they will go straight to him with 18+ per offers.

Yep i agree. I can't wait for Lebron,KD,AD etc to come here when they hear that Morey is leaving. Everyone will want to play here. Everyone.

I wasn't talking about Anderson specifically - I meant in a couple of weeks we will have a clearer picture of how this offseason will have gone, that is all :)

Stop being a pouty little biiitch you don't even know what Morey and Les are going to pull off this offseason. Wait to see what the team looks like before demanding Morey to be fired.

    ok.:)
I personally believe that the vast majority of FAs will sign real soon again, like last year.

So perhaps it's better if you don't have good chances to go straight up to your second and third target before he's taken off the market.

Nothing these guys say can be taken seriously. Every team has those players as options and all 3 are getting older and most likely looking for contending teams
