Seems like numerous people have claimed numerous things about this guy. Regardless, he frequented this gay bar and slept with a few different male patrons, his ex-wife who hates him says he was never the religious type. His current wife says the same, not sure about her though. That information is enough for me to say this is quite the complicated story. Thanks for pointing out his ISIS political rant he went on about bombing. My point exactly. If you are the type of individual who is going to post polls to show this, you know little about the Muslim world and the understanding of the population. Again very simple to say "Islam", way too complicated to simplify it to just that. It's intellectually lazy, but an easy point of view to digest. Funny, all you anti-Mauslim folks have Mauslim mothers, Mauslim wives, and Mauslim friends. Lets stop with the anecdotal Mauslim family/friend member lines. Actually carry on with it, it's hilarious, thanks for the laugh.
I guess Muhammad belonged to satanism also when he had sex with a 9 year old, held multiple sex slaves(concubines if you are into euphemisms), and created hundreds of widows.
You are merely creating an illusion of 'complication' in order to satisfy your wishful thinking. Islam is nothing more than 600AD Arab morality transplanted into modern times. Of course there will be problems.
Your heart really isn't in it, is it? Nice "Mauslim" line, when you don't have a damn salient point to make it is always a good one to fall back on. Also who hell said anything about having a Muslim wife? Sorry, let me make it easy for you to digest "Mauslim". Keep burying your head in the sand.... Very little difference between your train of thought and the Trump supporters with "Mauslim" friends.
Very true, there are a lot of people that wanted to spin this into something, anthing, other than what it was which was just another ISIS inspired terrorist act. Which some would call "casing a target" Something there is absolutely no proof of whatsoever Sure, let's ignore the evidence to the contrary and base things on an angry ex....I mean things like him regularly attending mosque and committing a terrorist attack in the name of ISIS are in no way as valid as an angry ex. I'm not sure where you are getting that given that she confirmed that he was planning this attack for a long time and that it was terrorism. She even said she tried to talk him out of it but he was determined to carry out the attack for ISIS. Most of that information being false or completely unsubstantiated....but I guess that's not a problem when all you are looking to do is muddy the water. How is it your point? You are trying to say it's "complicated" when it really isn't. It was just another example of a radicalized Muslim carrying out a terrorist act in accordance with their interpretation of Islam.
Discrimination against Muslims has been strong long before recent conflicts. Perhaps not in the U.S. but elsewhere. Difference between detesting and demonizing. But you are conflating terrorism with discrimination against gays and women and so forth. I agree that Islam as a political and social institution deserves much criticism. But I am wary of trying to create a connection between terrorism and the views of Muslims in these countries. That is a dangerous place to go without evidence.
Arab wife or Mauslim wife, could care less, some sort of association as evidence of having greater knowledge/experience is classic "My friends are {fillintheblank}". I really don't have anymore time to waste on this, have a good night. Enjoy your fantasy land of hatred, keep doing what you do.....and I am the one in line with Trump supporters, hilarious.
This is exactly the problem, any legitimate criticism is met with "hatred" accusations. That's what prevents progress.
And... Tightly held irrational belief system is challenged so it is time to shut down and return to the bubble. Have fun in your fantasy world.
And it means nothing - we all see past the facade. Another hateful muslim with no place in the civilized world, no matter how many faux diploma's and spelling bee trophies you try to hide behind. Your true colors are shinin thru, bwah. They shinin thru.
Nook making some excellent, sincere posts, while ChrisBosh embarrasses himself, as usual, unsuccessfully trying to play gotcha. Well, what would you expect from someone who thinks Joe Hart might be a better goalkeeper than Manuel Neuer. Clearly a person with very flawed judgment...
I'm flying from Saudi Arabia to Amsterdam, via Qatar tomorrow. Talk about culture shock to the senses.
How is saying that you should not generalize the terrorist actions of ISIS as Islam is clashing with the world? ISIS is one group - a very small one - that is part of the Islamic world. He has a point that people are generalizing this to Islam which is an entity of 1.6 billion people, the vast majority of whom are peaceful. Does the state of Islam today deserve criticism in terms of human rights - absolutely, and I have seen some very bizarre defenses/excuses from some of the resident Muslim posters. But at the same time I don't think conflating ISIS with Islam is right either. People try to argue that ISIS are the true followers of Islam. Yet ISIS and their roots is a modern phenomenon going back to the 1960's. Seems strange to call them the true representation of Islam.
Yes it was the GREEKS. The war of the Baklava. I may join into the fight against the infidels myself pretty soon. It was ISIS. I hear it now in the news. Also I wouldn't be surprised - tin foil hat?- if Erdogan knew about this and let this happen. it helps him to turn himself into a sultan all this clima of fear. Anyway turkish tourism is dead this year. Who will go there? All of western Turkey lives off it from March-Octomber. Now no Russians, no Americans and no Europeans. Maybe only Arabs. 1 billion $ business. A lot of ppl will suffer from these attacks.
I absolutely agree with this - not tin foil hat at all. In fact, he will use it as another pretense to bomb the Kurds (and not ISIS, who are ideologically very close to him and whom he has been supporting from the start), like he has done in the past.
Article arguing that Obama's avoidance of calling a spade a spade is "strategic" and correct: http://www.vox.com/2016/6/28/12046626/phrase-islamic-radicalism-meaningless-counterproductive I vehemently disagree with this article, which I believe is very weak and does not really present a solid argument at all, but thought I would post it to also show an opposing viewpoint.
and supress financially the more educated western part of the country and create the clima of fear that will make the uneducated poor eastern part who is his main supporters not oppose to make him the ultimate ruler to "protect" them from all the dangers. For your protection give in willingly all your freedoms. The ones that are left to you at least, and stop opposing it. IMO that's exactly what he needs and wants right now.
Wait, I really don't care for all the other talk here because for the most part it's just going in circles but did he really say that? It seems like his football knowledge is on par with larsv8 basketball knowledge in that they both know very little about the respective sports.
