Fair point. If it's ISIS in particular, they seem hell-bent on getting as many people, societies and governments to hate them as possible.

And this airport was probably an 'easy' target for them, relatively speaking.

Still wondering about the Salvation Army though, since you brought that up. ;)

Exactly - it had to have been the Greeks! FranchiseBlade bends over backwards to exclude ISIS or radical muslims because he wants everybody to know just how "tolerant" he is.

Have we determined if the attackers were closet homosexuals yet? I hear that's important to do immediately after terrorist attacks.

Also, was there a YouTube video that set them off?

In what circumstances would you go kill yourself to take out a bunch of people from that evil side?

And as a bonus, maybe they do truly believe in the afterlife of endless sense pleasures.

Well, they are certainly similar. Of course in this instance there was 3 of them and they had bomb vests as opposed to just one guy without a bomb vest, but other than the level of organization, it's essentially the same.

It sucks that peaceful Muslims were killed. It equally sucks that peaceful non-Muslims were killed.

The perpetrators were most likely Muslims.

Jihad in and of itself does not necessarily entail terrorist activity or even violence, even if that's what most non-Muslims tend to think of when they hear the word.

I guess "radical jihadism" is her way of distinguishing the Jihad of radical extremists / terrorists. I think its a good term, personally. It gets to the point of what we're talking about, doesn't it?

    Jihad ≠ Jihadism tho.

    I see.

I think "radical jihadism" rather than just "jihadism" is a better term, personally, because just calling it "Jihadism" leaves the impression that Jihad is an intrinsically violent endeavor. Maybe that wasn't the intended goal of whomever coined the term "jihadism", but that is undoubtedly the effect.

It gets to the point where there is nothing left to talk about concerning these things. No one left from the outside to blame.

Is it Obama's fault? Clinton's? Bush's fault for 9/11. LGBT fault for being alive? Putin's fault? France's fault? Long distance runners fault? Cartoon and journalists fault? sigh

I believe the one fault that transcends other explanations is that a large portion (majority) of Muslims in the Middle East believe that apostates deserve to be murdered.

Killing innocent Muslims and non-Muslims in Ramadan. Seems legit.

You may want to actually read the Qu'ran and the Hadith. The guys who performed the terrorist acts were following the true teachings of Islam. The "peaceful" ones you speak of are not truly following Islam. It is all there in black in white if you care to read it. If you educate yourself on a subject you will not sound like such an idiot when you reply. A Muslim is someone who reads Mohammad. A Jihadist is someone who understands Mohammad. You are just as naive as the idiot who sits in the White House now.

Wow, I didn't know I didn't know. So my understanding is wrong and the jihadist is right, so the majority of 1.6 billion people have it wrong. These few idiots are the "true" followers. Hmmm, you have too much insight, all those quotes you identified are intense, so much insight. I'm sure you have "actually" read the Koouran.

As a matter of fact I have read it. You obviously haven't. Please do not make post that you have absolutely NO idea what you are talking about. It makes you look really dumb. Do yourself a favor and educate yourself to keep from looking like an idiot.
