Definitive results remove the grey area, which is where ganjahero lives his life. If there is no grey area, he cannot second guess every aspect of every move...so he simply tunes out definitive results so he can fit his narrative in.
Reed on bench. Wish they would let him figure it out in the lineup. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Reed out of lineup today <a href="https://t.co/taA9mfN4GE">pic.twitter.com/taA9mfN4GE</a></p>— Brian McTaggart (@brianmctaggart) <a href="https://twitter.com/brianmctaggart/status/747930172658225152">June 28, 2016</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
It's 1 game. I'm guessing he'll get ~1 game off a week this year generally. I bet he's back in tomorrow to figure it out in the lineup.
I know. It's just more time he has to think about it, he's gonna get another day on Saturday when Sale pitches.
It'll be interesting to see if he plays against Sale. Luhnow has made it very clear that Reed didn't come up to platoon. The only way Reed will learn to hit lefties is if he faces lefties.
I expect all the AL East teams to beat up on each other. Sure, one may emerge... but its highly doubtful all 3 will maintain an elite record given their consistent head-to-heads.
There are 101 LHPs in the MLB. I'm cool with Reed starting vs. any of the other 99 LHPs (excluding Kershaw as well).
Just got back from Giolito's game. 1 hitter, but he was hittable. Not electric. Say like Strasburg's opening night. In fact Harvey hit 98 and looked faster. But still, only 1 hit before the washout.
Huge f*** you to Hooters Texarkana for blacking out this game. Meanwhile, Rangers have never been. #buffalowildbound
