It wouldn't surprise me. I doubt the Rockets will get the their first or second or third choices of free agents. The Rockets will end up overpaying for whatever they can get. Plus, the Rockets love to bring back former players. This franchise.

No, you're wrong...if this were to happen, Lin would the Anti-Nash (can't shoot as well or pass as Nash did), Harden would be the Anti-Bell (bad on-ball defender), Parsons would be both Anti-Iso-Joe and Anti-Marion (can't consistently score like Joe or defend like Marion); Ariza would be a much better comparison to that Marion during MDAs tenure in PHX.

Brian T Smith --- Texans made a big mistake passing Patterson over Hopkins. He will be a nobody.

Parsons can't stay healthy. As for Lin, it depends on the contract, but him rejoining the Rockets would wreck CF, so I'm against it.

    :p

Not going to happen, but I will say Parsons is a great fit that this team clearly misses. Obviously, his health is a major concern, though.

That said, I'd much rather bring him back than waste my money on a guy like Harrison Barnes.

I can definitely see Lin being reunited with D'Antoni. Not so much with Parsons, tho the old Parsons is exactly what the doctor ordered.

Lin actually fits with us as crazy as it sounds because he can play with Harden. Parsons knees scare the **** out of me so I say no to him coming back here.

Yeah this board will go ape**** if Lin is signed by us.

Seconded. A healthy Parsons is worth a max deal. A healthy Harrison Barnes is not.

How bad is Parsons knees? I thought this seasons ending surgery was more of a clean up from the previous seasons injury. Are his knees expected to be an ongoing issue?
Clearly the concern is there by many, but could that be a way to drive his asking price down? (Just like the perception about DMo's back).
Would love to have a HEALTHY Parsons back in Houston.

Down for Lin. Parsons on the other hand can go suck a duck. Yes I said duck.

Besides, we already have CP's replacement in Dekker.

I will take this fun squad over last year's squad any day of the week, twice on Sunday.

BTW, That squad also dominated the Warriors regularly.

Parsons is damaged goods now. I pity the fool who signs him.

Why are people wanting Parsons back? What position will he play for us?

That was before Green started, when Curry was consistently injured, and when David Lee was their starting PF.

Parsons always played hard against the Warriors though.
