He didn't sign anywhere as he's already graduated college. He initially enrolled at Wash St in January but apparently they ran out of room for him on the roster, or something else went south, and now he's headed to Akron supposedly. He can leave Akron pretty much whenever he wants, so he may not even end up at that program. His whole second stint in CFB has been really, really weird.
Yep, AuBUrn. I think Kam would have stayed or went to Texas if he was okay with a little healthy competition. Baylor has 4 guys potentially ahead of him if you include 4 star RS freshman JaMycal Hasty.
nope. from what im hearing we only have 3-4 spots remaining for the 2017 assuming all our current commits stick with us. That's including Dickson, Dane (the punter) and Chris Johnson. I doubt we add anyone else for this year. Im also hearing big news is coming for us recruiting wise. Stay tuned.
Seems like you heard correctly. http://www.scout.com/college/footba...1944-houston-adds-scout-300-lb-mohamed-sanogo
For the #2 ILB in Texas, you would think he had better options than Air Force, Army, Indiana, Rice, and Tulane.
Yea and who knows what can change. I've mostly given up on tracking recruitment commits until late Jan. because you just never know with these kids. There was a point a few years ago when I was posting twitter updates for 18 year olds that were very vague and coy and I realized how stupid I was for getting sucked into it. I don't mean this kid isn't going to go to UH. Ed Oliver committed last May I think and signed his LOI almost a year later and a lot of guys were looking at UT and left too. It's nothing to do with a particular school. You just never know and it seems like a lot of kids just like stringing people along. I'm not trying to say no one should be excited for a kid. There is a QB we have lined up that I like following but its the overall madness (or mess) that becomes quicksand.
True ILB are somewhat of a dying breed with the spread as well. Guys that can rush and play the sidelines are much more coveted/highly rated now. But it's still early and a big senior season could go a long way.
Look who made the cut! http://www.foxsports.com/college-fo...s-the-best-defensive-front-in-the-land-070516
Our front seven should be great. Just worried about that secondary. Winchester is going to have to improve from last season. Maybe the JuCo guys we picked up can step in? But even then, can't really replace someone like WJIII.
Holy Crap. Tom Herman is the 6 million dollar man. http://www.chron.com/sports/cougars/article/UH-coach-Tom-Herman-undergoes-at-least-19th-8249096.php UH coach Tom Herman undergoes at least 19th surgery
