Ugh Fister pitching so well & one mistake Hope the Stros bats can eventually fight off this crappy ump
Salvador has caught 20 runners on the bases, 18 steals, 53 percent. Yadier Molina, the best, or one of the best has a 44 percent caught stealing. Again, memo to Hinch, DO NOT RUN ON SALVADOR, pleaseeeeeee
Lets continue because my friend said nothing run with Hinch letting Altuve run. Ian Kennedy has an 80 percent caught stealing this year. So that means the combo of Perez/Kennedy is very tough on running. This is not the battery we really want to run, especially with power hitters hitting behind you.
And yet Altuve stole 2 of those bases against him on April 11th.... he now as a 66% steal rate against him.
My friend, good try but the pitcher was Chris Young, a very tall guy that is easy to run on, he only has a 13 percent caught stealing ration, very bad. Not the same to steal a base on Young vs Kennedy, then again, you already know that, right?
You simply said to never steal against Salvador... I guess once Kennedy is out, statistics say Altuve should run now? You really are full of it...
My friend, depends on the pitcher, right????????????? What, you did not know Young was so bad holding runners???
Maybe you should have inserted that qualifier in your original post about NEVER RUN ON SALVADOR!!>!???! At least you learned that there is more to catching runners than just the guy throwing behind the plate.... which still doesn't mean squat when it came to sending Altuve (it was a good attempt). Now, to learn how to use only one question mark at a time.
