My biggest complain is what you just mentioned.. teams playing for the draw, at least it felt that way. I also enjoyed having smaller nations in the futbol world make it to the tourney and into the R16.
Signed. By the way, the format with some of the 3rd ranked teams advancing is not entirely new. The World Cup was played like this between 1986 and 1994.
Finally back at it and both Poland and Switzerland look much better so far. Who do you have today? I'm going with Poland, Wales and Croatia.
Very naive defending by the Swiss. Will be difficult for them now to get back. Shaqiri finally has to show up, but I rather think the Polish beat them now in counter attacks.
