    I just saw this posted about it.

    A man who helped lead a campaign that made the pound drop to a 30 year low, has effectively reintroduced tariffs on every single UK product across all of Europe and will drive tens of thousands of service workers out of the country. Service workers performing jobs that there are already not enough Britons to fill.

    Brexit will also mean that tens of thousands or more British retirees living in Spain, Portugal and other continental countries will lose their automatic rights of residency.

    This will result in significant numbers of them being deported. They will have to sell their homes into a massively depressed and oversupplied housing market. They will lose significant amounts of money in some cases and have to go back to the UK with not enough money to live financially independent lives.

    The resulting pressures on the pensions and health systems will cause huge problems.

    British pound in a free fall. Already down 10% in such a short amount of time.

    It appears the Brits voted to leave driven by concerns with:

    1. Uncontrolled immigration and the jobs these people take from locals,
    2. The negative impact of international trade agreements on jobs and the economy, especially for the middle class,
    3. A distrust and an anger with the political establishment, who has taken the little people for granted while they feather their own nests and enjoy the high life,
    4. The destruction of their countries democratic principles and practices in service of an over-wheening and far-removed centralized state that does not listen to their people or respect their culture.

    Until a few hours ago, the loss of the "leave" campaign was regarded by the "experts" and the establishment as all but a done deal, because the entire establishment was all-in behind the "remain" campaign. And then the votes came in.

    Fortunately, we have no political movement at the highest levels in this country, which is based pretty much around these same driving factors, which is being derided as "dangerous" by the powers that be (As the "leave" campaign in the UK was also. Their "Operation Fear" obviously did not work.) and which is being counted as a certain loser by these same people.

    We don't, do we? {sarcasm}

    Actually it does. His Middle East failed policy resulted in Europe's immigration crisis which impacted this. Then his failed lecture of the Brits pissed many off. Poor global leadership.

    This looks like a fun game. Here's one! If GWB never went into Iraq in the first place.... Am I doing this right?

    The question now is how this is all gonna work mechanically. Lots of legislative and diplomas and political issues still to be sorted out.

    Relating to the American side, Donald Trump is a winner coming out of this.

    The whole nationalist angle is proving to be pretty effective these days. Just hope this doesn't create a domino effect but I'm not very optimistic.

    Funny, the Brits don't listen to Obama's condescending speeches and think he is some kind of savior. Looks like they just think he is a pompous a$$.
